Most impressed with the fantastic service. After someone had hit the rear of my car I was referred to F.T. Guy Bodyworks for the repairs – a rear bumper replacement. The exceptionally friendly and helpful customer service greatly helped relieve the stress I was feeling in this – for me novel – situation. Amanda and Melinda kept me informed and updated throughout the process, which was reassuring for me. The workmanship of the repair was excellent. When I picked up my car it looked like new – both inside and out. And I received a lovely farewell. I highly recommend F.T. Guy Bodyworks.
Researched reviews for FT Guy Bodywork’s four months ago. Reviews were very complimentary so went ahead and booked a door repair. Took four months to get work done because they are so busy but definitely worth the wait! Ladies in the office are very helpful and friendly, work was done very professionally, length of time and estimate was as stated. They were great, very personal and came out and explained everything to me when having a look at my car. It ended up being a very minor issue which they fixed there and then. Cannot suggest them enough for the kind way they handle customers especially when we all don't like going to see people to do with our cars they give great service and work!
I recently had my VW repaired at FT guys and I cannot recommend them more highly. At every stage the office staff were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to keep me in the loop and make sure things were progressing and organised.
I'm very picky about my car and it was always looked after exceptionally well. The results speak for themselves, one happy customer :)
From the minute I walked into the office, asking for some advice on a fault in my car, I received nothing but 5-star service.
