We ordered frozen chicken burgers, shami kebabs and samosas. We loved the shami kebabs as the first item we have had today and they are perfect, the right amount of spices and flavour and tasty and just like cooked at home . We will definitely re order as we tried others but Lala’s frozen shop is the Best.

First time we had dealt with this company we had the good fortune to have Sunil dealing with us. We run a pub and had problems getting reliable supplies so gave FFF a chance, and they performed very well. We were a bit concerned about the delivery arriving as promised due to us not being here during the day, but it arrived as arranged. The first product we have tried is the seekh kebabs, popular with us, but erratic supply from previous supplier. They proved to be very good, more spicy than we were used to, and very tender. We are also trying the piri piri chicken and it also seems an excellent product. Sunil has been most attentive and very efficient, most refreshing.

I have no complaints about the food or its quality. However, my only concern is the high delivery fee. They charge £10 per delivery, and there is no option for free delivery. It would be great if you could introduce a free delivery option, such as offering free delivery for orders over £100, as the current £10 delivery charge feels too high.

Excellent customer service specially Sunil who went above and beyond to help me locate products in my area. I would recommend their products to everyone and very reasonably priced. Tasty as well especially their Shami kebabs which are now our family favourite. I usually pass them off as my homemade kebabs 😜
