Buyer Beware. I bought a watch from them a few months back. I recently took the watch to a trusted jeweler and they confirmed that the band and rolex box was fake. They sell fake watches and do not disclose it. Never buy from them, they will rip you off.

I ordered an 8mm 16inch 14kt gold cuban link chain as a gift for my wife. They went above and beyond processing my order quickly and shipping it quickly so that I had it in time to give to her. The customer service was outstanding. 6 stars!!!!!
Lana was incredibly helpful throughout the process, including after my purchase. She helped me design a custom variant of the jewelry that I was interested in and even provided a couple of videos and a picture of what other customers had purchased that were similar to my item. The quality of the jewelry was outstanding and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend to anyone.
This company is a scam. I purchased the forty seven thousand dollar necklace.I've received a fifteen thousand dollar necklace.
After receiving the necklace, I get it appraised by two separate appraisers and the necklace was short fifteen carats of diamonds.
Now I'm stuck well, the necklace. I don't even want and I can't get the necklace that I wanted because I don't have enough money to purchase it now.
This company needs to be shut down.💯

Ordered a Chain. They guaranteed 5-7 day shipping. After a week I reached out and was told it would take longer to make what I ordered as they didn’t have it in stock. They offered to send me a smaller chain I didn’t want or I could wait. I said I’d wait for what I ordered. They sent me another email saying it should be ready in 1-3 days. Awesome. I received the item in the mail, and it was the smaller chain I didn’t want that I literally said I didn’t want. So make sure you’re double checking your chain lengths and weight because apparently if they don’t have what you order they’ll just send you something else and pretend it’s what you ordered if you don’t check it. Sad part is, what I ordered is still listed as in stock online even though they apparently don’t have it. Called customer service again and they said it would now take 3 weeks for me to get my chain - even though a week ago apparently it would be ready in 1-3 days? No one could give me an explanation as to why everyone lied to me and why they sent me the incorrect chains. Their method of compensation was to send me a 100$ gift card to spend More money at their store??? Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never dealt with such terrible customer service that simply just lie. Especially with such expensive items. I’m flabbergasted. Definitely would never recommend.
UPDATE: they lied AGAIN and said they could send me the chain again, I waited a few weeks and they still couldn’t get it in stock. After further research, it’s become uncovered that this company REGULARLY sends people jewelry of the wrong specs, falsely advertised jewelry that they have unavailable that they accept payment for, “repair” people’s jewelry by simple removing and stealing some of their gold. And this list goes on. Even ChatGPT had something to say about them. Please don’t waste your money for this fraudulent company. It’s so severe I reported them to the attorney general. I recommend everyone else does too so this company is finally held to standards they need to be, esp when people are giving them thousands of dollars.
UPDATE AGAIN: they told me I wouldn’t get my refund back after receiving the WRONG BAIT AND SWITCH item they sent me unless I changed this review. Also those diamond earrings never existed and were never sent to me and were a total lie. See the email attached.
