Went with Frosteez Air Conditioning for an A/C regas. Overall experience wasn’t great.
Felt rushed, not much explained, and didn’t leave with much confidence in the work done as the regas didn't even last more than a week with the car blowing hot air only now..
No accountability at all when reaching out.
Wouldn’t use them again. Pretty pathetic experience. :/
Prfessional. Friendly. Quick fix. Thorough. I am very happy with their service. Highly recommended. No BS.

I had an issue with my car’s air conditioning and initially went to another workshop, where I was told I needed to replace the entire compressor and evaporator—an expensive repair costing over a thousand dollars.

Very impressed with Frosteez! Jack in the mobile service showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, Sarah in the office got back to me with a quote and a convenient time to bring the car in, then Glen in the workshop had a new compressor fitted within a few hours. They were totally upfront with what work needed to be done and the cost involved and everyone was very helpful and POLITE! Highly recommended.

Markus did a brilliant job sorting my FG's aircon just now. He explained what he'd found in his tests, told me what he planned to do, how much it would be and how long it would take. Within half an hour, my aircon was performing perfectly again. Thank you Markus and thank you Frosteez! You have another satisfied customer! :)

All these five star reviews are well earned. I was in and out in 30 mins: they checked for leaks, refilled and the refrigerant; added UV dye to aid in future leak detection. Met the boss and the technician; warm, professional, accommodating. Love it when businesses are great at what they do. Well done! Highly recommend!

Marcus arrived at the appointed time. He checked the vehicle air conditioning system, replaced some valves, re-gassed the system, ensured the system was operating correctly and put an anti fungal anti bacterial spray through the vents. Highly recommend this business for prompt bookings, great customer service and quality workmanship.

Marcus came out and diagnosed and was very friendly. Sarah was very professional and was able to organise an appointment for the warehouse which Glenn was able to pinpoint the issue (which evidently was the relay). All staff were cool and have a customer for life :)

Took my "LDV D90" there, massive issues electrically. Frosteez tried all they could to get it fixed. Glen pointed me to another company to have a look, as all tried everything.
