My second annual screening was equally positive as the last. Beth, in reception was friendly and upbeat. The tech and the person shadowing her were efficient and professional and Dr Miner was thorough and took time answering my questions and explaining things to me even though she had mentioned that it had been a pretty hectic morning. Dr Miner has assembled a solid professional and caring team.
I've gone here for my first ever hydrafacial and microneedling. Nanci is really wonderful. She explained what she's doing and answered my questions. The entire staff is very friendly. I find the atmosphere calming. I'm looking forward to going back. I had dermaplaning for the first time ever. Seems scary to me, but I trust Nanci to take good care of me. Great hydrafacial today too.
At first I wasnt too sure as I've had this condition for along time and feel no one has taken it seriously. But my Dr allowed me to vent without being judgemental then proceeded to come up with a plan. I really appreciated that and am hopeful we'll come up with answers. She was very caring and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend this place.
