I’ve used fresh start carpet cleaning since 2018 and never been let down and they always do a fantastic job. I used to get my sofa and chair cleaned before I got a new one with washable covers. The guys are always on time and super polite. 100% recommend and fantastic value for money. My carpets look brand new and my front room and rug smell gorgeous. :) very happy customer.

Really good experience. Company were very responsive, communicating over WhatsApp which is easy and convenient. Competitive on price compared to other companies I researched. Arrived on time on the day of the booking. Excellent result with make up and other stubborn carpet stains being removed that household cleaners didn’t shift. The two chaps who did the job were polite and courteous. They were done in less than 2 hours, having cleaned approx 1400sq ft of carpeted rooms, hallways and landing space.

This company were helpful, they responded to all my questions and booked me in with their first available slot, they were on time, professional and really nice. Communication was great and our hard floors look fantastic. Our carpet looks great too! Highly recommend! Thank you to the whole team!

2nd time I've used this company. First time I took advantage of an offer they had on but this time was definitely willing to pay full price given the experience. Responsive to messages and quick to organise and fit me in. They actually offered me a slot the very next day! They kept in contact through the day to update on arrival time. Cleaned the full house with ease and left the house feeling really nice and clean. The worker that came was a really friendly guy.

I've used this company for a while now for my house and my two daughters houses and also My best friend over the road. Excellent service my carpets have been fab everytime. I did have a slight issue this last time it was cleaned. But I have to say the communication was outstanding and they was back the next day to correct the issue. On time every time and even phone to say they are on time or slight delay. Can't fault the service at all. Will be using again. Great prices. I've sent a few friends over to this company also.

We found these by looking on Google for the best carpet cleaner in HUDDERSFIELD they came up as number 1 and they was!
What an amazing guy worked like a magician got rid of all the pet stains and my carpets have come up like brand new!
I will be moving to Halifax soon and I am so glad that they cover the area.

I booked Fresh Start for a Saturday morning job, it was very last minute, but wasn't an issue for them. Originally scheduled for 12pm, the day before, they said they could do 11am. On the day, they turned up 15 minutes early - and apologised for being late ❤️
Polite and friendly, the job carried out was amazing (4 carpets, large sunroom and bathroom) and gave everything a much needed freshen up. They even offered tips and advice on the cooker and extractor I was having issues with cleaning.
This is a long review, but they are fully worth it. I would highly recommend.

Great communication. The man turned up exactly on time (10 mins early in fact) and did a really thorough job. He had a nice chat with my very curious 5 year old as well.
Carpet looks so much better than it did and smells great too.

I can see either your a new start company that decided to leave all local companies fake reviews as we don't have any bookings under your name.

I called these guys up to clean my carpets and sofas, they came the next day, did the job and the difference was night and day. Once dried there was still a slight mark on the carpet but when I spoke with them again they came back at my earliest convenience, re did the area and now is perfect! Will be using them again in the future.
