I highly recommend Fresh Architect’s. They helped me out when another company had submitted invalid drawings to BHCC and I had very little time to amend them. FA were efficient, listened really well & brought many alternative solutions & ideas to the plans. They dealt with any questions or issues with BHCC brilliantly so I got my ambitious plans approved 1st time round. I can not fault them.

We’ve had the best experience working with Fresh! We started our project using a different local firm, but after weeks and weeks of frustration waiting for amendments, we had to make a change - a fresh approach. Fresh came and measured up, and 7 DAYS later we were presented with 2 or 3 proposals with a photographic quality impression of the outcome. They also gave us a creative solution to how we could create an en-suite - rather than just a box in the corner of the bedroom; and after a few final tweaks and changes, our plans were ready for planning submission. I emailed them at 10pm one evening to say we were happy to submit the plans, and at 9am the following morning we received an email in response to say the plans had been submitted! This was a perfect example of how responsive they are. We’ve been delighted with the service they have provided, and are now reaping the benefits of their input with our build well underway. We approached George & Maria for help with designing us a one storey rear extension, and a two storey side extension, as well as a complete revamp of the internal layout. They listened to all our ideas, elevated our plans and made brilliant suggestions. They worked quickly and the initial plans that were sent through to us were perfect. George and Maria submitted all of the planning application for us, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our planning was accepted and we are so incredibly pleased with the final designs. A really friendly team, brilliant open communication, designs that will completely elevate our home all delivered on the agreed timescale. There is no one else we will go to for any future work.

We recently worked with Fresh Architects and, although they weren’t the cheapest option, their personal, professional, and efficient service made it a worthwhile investment. They brought expertise that we lacked and offered valuable insights for our internal remodelling, giving us exactly what we had hoped for and were willing to pay more for. While budget considerations led us to revert to some of our original ideas, many of their suggestions have been incorporated into our plans. Their email correspondence was effective. As relative newbies to this process we felt that overall they guided us very well. They introduced us to potential contractors which was really helpful. Fresh Architects helped us through a process that we had previously only understood from the periphery. Their excellent plans and diagrams were appreciated by other professionals we have consulted on the project. All in all, we’re very pleased with the service they have provided so far, and delighted that they are available for ongoing support.
