We had a fantastic stay at the villa which was clean and very pleasant. The welcome pack was much appreciated! The pool area was ideal and the various seating areas excellent to see different views. The drive to Fiskardo was straightforward taking 10 mins to all the restaurants / activities. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Villa avec piscine à débordement et vue superbe sur la baie de Souda. Une route passe en contrebas mais ce n’est pas vraiment gênant. La villa est Très bien équipée et fonctionnelle, bien isolée. Le petit village en haut de la route est charmant avec des tavernes excellentes proposant de la cuisine authentique.

The Minetti villa was just fabulous. The outside space was particularly great, sofa and seating area really added to the comfort. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size, maybe the aircon could've been a bit stronger as it was really hot when we were there. Pool was brilliant. Steep walk to the shops and restaurants which was hard in the heat! The walk down to the beach was longer than expected, so we ended up driving, but the local beach was worth it, beautiful clear waters, with a lovely restaurant next to it.Overall a great villa, would recommend.

We had an amazing holiday and stay at Kalypso, so much so that we were looking to book again. Everything was perfect from the very first moment, we had an early check in because our villa was cleaned and ready before our check in time. The views are breathtaking and a delight to wake up to each morning. The property itself had everything we needed, no problems at all.

☺The apartment was big enough for family of 4 and functional. Great swimming pool.
☹Appreciate the apartment is situated in a residential area but with 2 young kids having a ‘pool quiet time’ between 3 and 5 is a little bit restrictive for a family as young kids just want to have fun at the pool.

Wir haben die Villa für 9 Personen und 2 Kleinkinder gebucht. Alles in allem eine tolle Villa und sehr nette Gastgeber!Die Organisation vorab war reibungslos durch den sehr detaillierten Digitalen Guide in dem alle Infos zur Unterkunft, Umgebung und Infos rund um Aktivitäten auf Kreta enthalten waren. Die Villa wurde während unseres 10 tägigen Aufenthalt zwischendurch gereinigt. Die Villa und vor allem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man kommt fußläufig in 2 Minuten in die Ortsmitte in der man zwischen 3 Tavernen zum essen gehen wählen kann. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich auch daneben. Almyrida Beach ist auch nur ca. 5 mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Nyugalom, csend, gyönyörű kilátás
☺A kilátás, a kert , a medence fantasztikus volt , 4főre nagy a ház , tisztaság , minden helyiségben klíma, self check in , sehol egy szomszéd, csend, nyugalom , 1perc kocsival a sziklás part , ahol csak az itt nyaralók voltak 8-10 ember, ingyen napágy, napernyő, Spartia kis boltok , isteni étterem kb 5perc kocsival .
☹Érkezésünkkor már nem működött az egyik hálószobában a légkondi, emiatt végig meleg volt abban a szobában , minket nem érintett, mert volt bérelt autónk , de az egész szigetre érvényes, hogy csak autóval lehet bármit megközelíteni.

We celebrated my 60th bday w/our 2 adult children, girlfriend & niece. The house was perfect with 3 bdrms/3 full baths! At first glance you think the living space is small but we were never in the Villa always outside when home bc our weather was perfect! We stayed for 6 nights and did something different every other day so we could enjoy the house pool and nearby sea as well. To make things easier we purchased food in advance and hired one of the chef’s listed in the directory (dinner delivery for check in day, we were exhausted from the travel was the best thing I did! Christina Sclavounas was the chef! We didn’t want a car bc my husband drives a lot for work so we opted for a car service. It is more remote so you need some form of transport(Nikos car service) I wish I had a snorkeling mask for the sea! Swim shoes a must! It was literally paradise and we will reminisce for the rest of our lives! It’s down a steep mountain be prepared!
