Freedom Property Investors opened the possibility of moving from a standard super fund into a SMSF. Allowing us to move into the property market with it. The advice from Ben in the beginning was clear and helpful to make our decision. The team have been there every step of the way to ensure we got through to settlement on time. Linking us to all the right people to make everything happen. Tania and Yolicar have been especially helpful over the last couple of months with crunch time looming. And are continuing to help as we navigate further. We highly recommend Freedom Property Investors if you're looking to start or expand your portfolio.

We bought an off the plan property off them which upon completion looked absolutely nothing like their sales flyers used to promote the sell. Once you have handled over the money they go silent and don't help in anyway to rectify legal problems with builder . Definitely stay away. I 100% do not recommend these people.

We recently completed our first SMSF property purchase through Freedom, with the entire process—from our initial consultation through to settlement—taking approximately 5–6 months. The pace was significantly faster than we had anticipated, and throughout the journey, the team was consistently professional, responsive, and supportive. While there were many moving parts and multiple teams involved, each stage of the process was clearly explained, including what to expect next. Initially, I was somewhat hesitant about engaging with the external providers recommended by Freedom, such as the SMSF specialists, solicitors, and property management company, etc. But I can genuinely say now that Freedom has established a strong and reliable network of experts. Transitions between each party were seamless, and we always felt well-informed and confident about the progress. The level of professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by everyone involved has been outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. I would like to personally acknowledge and thank the following individuals for their excellent service: Alex Hubbard (Property Strategist), Jackie Marsh (Lending Manager), Narenthiran Vajravel (Loan Settlement Officer), Tania Torres (Member Care Manager), and David Gullo (Contract Signing Specialist). After making an enquiry on social media, the company will call you multiple times a day from different numbers. Even once they assured me I had been removed from their records, I am still receiving calls and was told to "chill". I will be reporting this company to the ACMA and as I can see there are multiple others with similar experiences, I would encourage them to do the same.

Freedom Property provided good insights and trusted research for the areas/properties that were recommended. Josh Johnston was very pleasant to work with. His professionalism is top-notch and he's also very personable and easy to communicate with. Josh seemed to understand our goals in the short period of time in getting to know us, judging by the properties that he had shortlisted for us.

They've always addressed any concerns or questions I've had by providing clear and transparent information, answering all my questions patiently, and offering ongoing support throughout the entire process. I’ve had a great experience with Freedom Property Investors, especially Tim Heggen and Natalie Ramundo. Natalie made the initial process simple and easy to understand, and Tim has been fantastic as my property strategist, providing clear guidance every step of the way. (You do have the flexibility to use your own providers if you decide to).
