My personal experience has been extremely disappointing. I started the process on 26 January 2026 for refinancing and it has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered.
Despite numerous follow-up calls and emails over several months, I have received no clear outcome—whether positive or negative. Communication has been poor throughout the entire process, with delays, unanswered messages, and constant excuses whenever I was fortunate enough to receive a response.
To be clear, I am not commenting on the company as a whole. It may well be a reputable organisation with many dedicated professionals doing great work. However, experiences like mine show how a single associate can significantly damage a customer's perception of an otherwise good company.
I sincerely hope the organisation addresses these issues, as no customer should have to wait this long without proper communication or transparency.
Good luck to the organisation with associates who provide this level of service.

Unwise marketing. Not demo what was promised in webinar, on how to 'easily' use $30K to achieve retirement. After requested 3 times of replay they dilievered nothing. Once rejecting their services, they bombarded applying multiple different phone number calling each day for 2 weeks.
