Richard is by far the best broker I’ve ever used (and in my 25 years investing I’ve used a heap!). He’s friendly and approachable and makes you feel like you matter regardless of the loan size you are after. He’s super responsive to emails and nothing is a stupid question or too much trouble for him. I really can’t thank him enough for streamlining our existing loans with better rates and getting a new loan approved super fast. 😊

I worked with Oscar over a 4 month period. This extended period was initally him helping us to get pre-approval for an investment property and once we found one it was past the pre-approval time frame. During this period I also changed employeer's as well. Oscar took all of this in his stride! During the 4 months he checked in at appriopriate times and was always super enthustiastic and never pushy. Even when we got to the business end of the property purchase, Oscar was super helpful in chasing up the lender and even got us a free valuation as well. 100% would use Oscar anytime and will suggest to friends who are after a broker to reach out to Freedom Funding.
