Exceptional Horsemanship Lessons Simone is a wonderful horsemanship instructor. She takes the time to plan thoughtful lessons that are perfect for my level. She is patient, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable about horses and their care. I have learned so much from her. Her property and barn are beautifully maintained. It is a very peaceful atmosphere. Her horses are well behaved and sound. I wouldn’t want to train with anyone else!

The Landlords at S&S Farm are wonderful to rent from. They are kind, efficient, and accomodating. They are vigilant in keeping up with their property. I have felt at ease anytime in inviting any relatives or friends here to visit me at this location. They have great taste in decor and landscaping maintenance. They are very approachable anytime I have a question or need. They are very fair and consistsnt. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful and friendly environment.

My golden retriever and I have stayed at Simone & Skips (S&S Farm) for several months and it has been wonderful. It’s been the perfect place to restore my soul; quiet, clean, and if I ever needed anything they were quick to fix the problem or help me out. Question about the shower - immediately solved. Asked Skip about firewood for a little outside fire pit - brought it right down. One question about a slow cooker and Simone bought one for the place. They are so accommodating but also gave me my space. Beautiful vast property, plenty of roads to walk on right from the front door. Abe (my golden) absolutely loved the property, so much room to run. Cant say enough about how great it’s been to be here. You’ll love it!
