Just want to say what an incredible service I received at this garage. I was booked in for an MOT at the last minute, and they made everything so easy. I was able to drop my car off early and post the keys through the letterbox.
I was kept fully informed throughout the day. When I was told there were advisories, they took the time to clearly explain what needed to be fixed in order to pass the MOT. If I had sourced the parts myself, it would have cost over £1000.
They were honest, upfront, and genuinely had my best interests at heart. They managed to get the parts and fix the vehicle the same day for under £300, and I had the car back that evening.
Absolutely brilliant service, thank you so much.

Amazing experience at Fred’s. Fit me in for MOT last minute. Has a letterbox to post keys for early drop off outside opening hours. Plenty of room to park. Always answers voicemails and fb messages. Rang me soon as it was ready and talked me through advisories in detail. Full trust and faith in the team at Fred’s garage. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
