Great customer service. Freddy's is not only a great mechanic but is very honest and trustworthy. I drive over an hour to get our cars looked after because he is one of the few mechanics who doesn't lie about what is needed or over charges. Highly recommend A++

Best man in the town Freddy and he has looked after me really well when I really needed him the most, super class people I had to leave for QLD he helped organising a service for me on urgent basis and the best service I had it done through them in last 10 years, his partner was extremely generous and kind. The moment I read his glowing reviews, I headed straight to his workshop — and hands down, the reviews say it all. Freddy is honest and transparent; he’ll clearly explain what’s wrong with your car and whether it’s worth replacing certain parts or not. That kind of integrity is rare in the industry. The customer service from Freddy and his wife is truly commendable — warm, genuine, and professional. They’re also very systematic in their work, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the service. This is definitely the place I’ll be returning to for all my future servicing needs. Had my dmax at Fred's for a service .10/10 for communication from the time I dropped it off Fred kept in touch phoning to explain which parts were getting replaced and pick up time of car which you don't get often these days . Servicing of my dmax was excellent it's purring like a kitten and the pricing for the service is very reasonable. Hard to find a good honest mechanic and a decent bloke to go with it. I highly recommend Freddy for any mechanical needs .10/10 thank you Freddy for great service and workmanship
