I started taking dance lessons at Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Marlboro in January. In the short time I have been there, I have experienced a level of professionalism, encouragement, and camaraderie I was not aware existed. I did come with some level of prior dancing, but it had been some time since I had done any ballroom dancing and my confidence was lacking. With the instructors’ guidance, I now feel more confident, have gained more poise and will be participating in the Garden State Dance Festival later this month. I would never have had the courage to go out of my comfort zone and perform. The instructors at Fred Astaire are patient, positive, and always give constructive feedback in a compassionate way. I truly appreciate them and I highly recommend this dance studio to anyone who is interested in learning the beautiful art of Ballroom dancing.💃

I am absolutely loving my experience thus far at Fred Astaire Marlboro!! From the moment I walked through the doors, everyone has been so kind and welcoming... always making you feel comfortable. All the instructors (shout-out to Cristian) are super friendly, uber talented and very knowledgeable about dance. I can not wait to continue taking my classes. I look forward to them every week :)

Fred astaire Marlboro is an incredible studio. I have learned so much so fast from joJo I'm amazed with my own progress and am anxious to compete
The staff maritza and Devon and Christian are very supportive and accommodating.
It's a lot of fast moving of course
and meeting lots of new faces . Dancing has also helped me with my neuropathy quite a lot

Dance instructor was very friendly and accommodating. Really one does not need to know how to dance , just the motivation to learn it, the DI will walk you through every step as how you can learn the steps and introduces you to all kinds of dances you want to know, but with different stages of dances, one starts from beginners class, just inquire , it’s fun and entertaining. Love it myself, hope to come back after my eye surgery.

The instructors and staff of FEDS Marlboro truly make you feel part of the dance family! Instructors are top notch - friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Group lessons and monthly themed parties are a fun way to practice what you’ve learned.

Without sounding sappy, this studio is a life revelation for me. I walked into a place so full of love that it’s contagious. I was very tentative at first, passing by on my way to the gym that subsequently moved north. I still remember sneaking in thinking, “no way!!”
Well I’m 2.5 months in, and my main instructor Rachel (the best and most beautiful teacher in any subject I’ve ever had) still has me floating around the floor like I’m skating on air.
I gym regularly, and go on many adventures. This has been my favorite adventure in decades!
This world is beautiful. Come to this studio, specifically, if you are looking for inspiration and a need to love yourself.

Fred Astaire studio in Marlboro NJ is a great dancing studio! Our instructor Alberto is attentive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! We started off as somewhat reluctant dancers but now look forward to each of our dance lessons. A big part of this is how comfortable we feel in this studio and how friendly and professional all the staff members are. I definitely recommend this studio and our instructor Alberto!

Could you ever imagine expressing your best creative self? Well, I have found that experience at Marlboro Fred Astaire! They have the finest team of dance instructors, creating an atmosphere of fun while introducing dance styles of your choice. My husband and I love it!
