Communication about appointments and arrival times was excellent; he was very thoughtful about everything looking professional and not detracting from the exterior of the house in any way; he took care with everything inside; and he took the time to do the initial set up of the service and explain how everything works. Excellent experience, Matt arrived on time, knew exactly what he was doing to do, got the equipment all together, and accomplished a quiet and quick job of testing the kit, erecting the antenna and dish. Matt then helped with the software side of things, and made sure everything was working as it should.

Needed someone, with more knowledge than me, to diagnose reception problems with my aerial antenna. Frankton Wiring and Security was the most local provider, in my area. Spoke with Matt. He was very professional with setting up a service call and when he came to service my antenna. He had the right equipment for diagnosis and knew exactly what to do. It was also raining, while Matt was here, but, he didn't flinch nor slow down. He was able to find my issue and the correction was made. We were totally happy. We already referred him to another friend.
Matt was very professional and did an excellent install. He handled the whole process very professionally and kept good communication. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to tap into free TV and needs an antenna installed. My father's house had an existing antenna from the 70's that intermittently worked. Matt made the process easy; he understood what my dad wanted and picked out and installed the appropriate equipment and then ran new cabling to hook into the house's existing wiring. It is nice to have a company that you ask to have something done, and they deliver exactly what you want.
Matt was very courteous and timely. I called 3 different places and Frankton is the only place that returned my call quickly. Then gave an estimate over the phone. The job he did with our installation was a tough one. He got it done and came in under the estimate. Great job Matt!!! Thank you!!
