If you're looking for a place to stay in Venice, look no further than Marco's place! His place is walkable to all that Venice has to offer but in a quieter neighborhood outside of the crowded tourist center. The apartment was in amazing condition on arrival and exceptionally comfortable. Marco is a wonderful host and very responsive. He provided us with great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He helped us coordinate water taxis to and from the airport and train station. I have stayed in numerous Airbnbs around the world and have had great experiences. With that said, I'm hard pressed to recall a stay I enjoyed more than Marco's. I highly, highly recommend. Wonderful place and host! If I am ever back in Venice, I will look to stay here!
Had a brilliant stay at Fraivolti. The location is incredibly easy to get to and tucked away in a quiet area, far from the tourist swarms but just a short stroll from the main sights. The room was remarkably comfortable and the hosts were charming, providing some excellent local tips. A truly authentic experience. Top tip: it’s well worth booking directly through their website for the best rates. Highly recommended.
I stayed here for three nights and it was a great experience. Pro tip: book directly through their website—it’s actually cheaper! The apartment was spotless and the location is perfect, especially being so close to the station, which made everything so much easier. It looks exactly like the photos, too. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in town!

This is such a nice apartment in Venice. It is very clean and in a great location. It is a short walk to main attractions, great restaurants and shopping. The water bus is only a few minutes walk. Marco, our host is amazing! He was very responsive and provided information about the area. Upon departure, he scheduled a water taxi service to the airport. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment. Thank you for sharing this home away from home.

Marco is an excellent host, the communication was excellent. The room is great for a couple, a little small but it has everything you need. The location is good, with 10 minute walk to each of the main bridges over the Grand Canal. Marco was quick to respond, let us check in early, and on the last day proactively offered to store our luggage. We used one of Marco’s recommendations for our first meal and it was excellent.

Great apartment and perfect location for the visit to Venezia. The apartment was modern and comfortable. Marco shared good information about the local area, came with great suggestions for restaurant. Different types of dining and as well as different pricing. Little bit of the main tourist traps, which is great. Just a few minutes walk if you want to be in the thick of it. Very sentral in all aspects. Would definitely stay at Marcos place when we return to Venezia. Marco is a great host and I recommend him and his place.

Close to the Rialto bridge, Marco's AirBNB is a hidden gem to behold. Even better than the location is Marco's communication throughout our stay. We had a small power outage due to a challenge with one of the adapters and he responded quickly with excellent on instructions to do. I'd recommend visiting Marco's AirBNB without reservations. Thank you Marco for our making our vacation even more special.
