Venice is wonderful by definition but complimented with such a wonderful apartment made it unmemorable ☺ Perfect in all respects even for very demanding travelers as we are as family 🥰 it’s being looked after with maticular care and attention. We felt welcomed at all times by the property and the owner Highly recommended especially for four adults . My wife and I we shared one side ( very private ) and our two sons 21 and 24 shared the other bedroom within the same apartment with a common kitchen.. amazing overall and made our trip to Venice even more memorable and valuable ☹ Nothing

This is such a nice apartment in Venice. It is very clean and in a great location. It is a short walk to main attractions, great restaurants and shopping. The water bus is only a few minutes walk. Marco, our host is amazing! He was very responsive and provided information about the area. Upon departure, he scheduled a water taxi service to the airport. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment. Thank you for sharing this home away from home.

Marco is an excellent host, the communication was excellent. The room is great for a couple, a little small but it has everything you need. The location is good, with 10 minute walk to each of the main bridges over the Grand Canal. Marco was quick to respond, let us check in early, and on the last day proactively offered to store our luggage. We used one of Marco’s recommendations for our first meal and it was excellent.

Great apartment and perfect location for the visit to Venezia. The apartment was modern and comfortable. Marco shared good information about the local area, came with great suggestions for restaurant. Different types of dining and as well as different pricing. Little bit of the main tourist traps, which is great. Just a few minutes walk if you want to be in the thick of it. Very sentral in all aspects. Would definitely stay at Marcos place when we return to Venezia. Marco is a great host and I recommend him and his place.

Close to the Rialto bridge, Marco's AirBNB is a hidden gem to behold. Even better than the location is Marco's communication throughout our stay. We had a small power outage due to a challenge with one of the adapters and he responded quickly with excellent on instructions to do. I'd recommend visiting Marco's AirBNB without reservations. Thank you Marco for our making our vacation even more special.

Marco was the most perfect host and his loft room was the perfect place to stay for a short visit to Venice. We followed his recommendations for resteraunts and we were not disappointed. Beautiful, Well-located Paradise ☺ This is one of the best places I’ve ever booked. The apartment is spacious with two queen bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms. The location is perfect is a much calmer yet still centrally located area of Venice. The decor is lovely and Marco was a very responsive and helpful host. ☹ The property next door is currently under construction, so weekdays from 8am to 4pm were a bit loud. Possibly check with Marco whether this is still ongoing before booking. Otherwise, book this gem of a place!

Stunning little place that felt like the real Italy, in a great location for exploring Venice. Marco was a lovely host and went beyond expectations with his recommendations and communication. There are a number of stairs to get to this room however the room it is very much worth it (exactly as the pictures show) And if you are worried about your bags and walking them through Venice it really is a very short walk from the vaporetto (water bus or taxi)

Marco's apartment is a fantastic place and in a great location near the heart of Venice's many sites. The apartment was well appointed, very clean and large enough for myself, wife, youngest son and his wife to stay comfortably. Also, Marco resides in an apartment one floor down and was instantly available if we had any problems or issues. We didn't. Everything was perfecto! If I ever return to Venice I hope to book again with Marco.

Cet appartement fait certainement partie des plus beaux que j’ai loué pour les vacances. La décoration est un harmonieux mélange entre modernité et charme de l’ancien. Il est très fonctionnel et bien pensé, situé dans une rue calme proche du Rialto et à côté de l’arrêt Vaporetto San Toma. Marco est très réactif et de bon conseil pour découvrir Venise. Je recommande vivement cette location.
