Fantastic service. When I had an issue with my laptop which needed resolving as a priority Mark responded instantly and sent me the guidance I needed to fix the problem. He then called twice in between other commitments he had to make sure everything had worked ok. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. If you have an IT issue that needs fixing go straight to Mark. Most highly recommended.

I contacted Marc when I had lots of problems with my all in one PC, which rendered it almost impossible to use. I'm not great at technology but Marc explained the problems and what he could do to get it running properly again, in language I could understand! My computer is now running like new, even though it's a good few years old. He salvaged all my photos, that I'd accidentally deleted, and put them on a memory stick, as well as back on to my PC and installed a new hard drive. He also installed an antivirus programme for me too, so I am very happy with the service, thank you.

Amazing service Following a windows update my computer stopped working. Although it was his first day back after the Christmas holiday, he collected my computer in a very timely manner, phoned me to discuss the problem and returned the computer in working order the same day. Clear/simple advice and a great service Was struggling with a very slow/old Mac Powerbook and weighing-up whether or not to bite the bullet and buy a new one. I contacted Marc first to check whether there was anything that could be done to breath new life into it. Got a quick reply clearly outlining my options and he was very patient answering my further questions. In the end I went for a RAM upgrade + new hard drive and now it's working like a brand new laptop at a fraction of the price. I'm the first to admit I am hugely out-of-my-depth when it comes to all things IT but Marc was very good at explaining things simply at every stage. So I fully recommend him for any computer needs you may have. Thanks Marc!

Remote laptop support After experiencing a data corruption on our home laptop and fearing issues also with our back-up drives, I chose to contact Marc for help because of the quality of the information presented on his website. Marc responded promptly, remote access was arranged - our first experience of this and Marc's support provided yesterday was spot on and all our problems were resolved. My Wife and I were impressed with Marc's communication skills and the practical support provided, which was clearly explained step by step as we worked our way through the issues. Marc is excellent. He has helped me sort out computer issues from a tablet to a large home computer. During 2020 and 2021 I realised our home computer was getting very sluggish due to high work levels. Marc collected it, upgraded it for a good price-far cheaper than getting a new one and a more sustainable option. He is a total computer professional and has a wide-range of skills; one of which is to be able to talk to you about computers in ways that make sense to the ordinary person! The computer is still working extremely well and I would not hesitate to ask Marc to help again.

We had an old computer with Windows 8 and needed to upgrade to Windows 11, which meant a new computer. A daunting task for us folk of a certain age! However Marc came to the rescue. He recommended a model to suit our needs, took away the old one to install all our "contents" in to the new one. Then ,over the phone , talked through anything extra we needed to know. He explains everything very clearly. We have no hesitation in recommending him.
