This summer I searched for the best pool leak company I could find. Jordan's website and reviews were the most promising by far. Jordan picked up on my first call and discussed my leak issue in detail. Unfortunately there was some confusion on the website's statement "Expert pool leak detection and repair across Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma & Arkansas", such that he didn't actually service eastern MO. While my optomism was temporarily deflated, he continued to offer advice and ask questions about my pool. I said I'd Venmo him for his time spent consulting but he wasn't interested in payment. I followed up the next day with water leak measurements and observations he had requested. Eventually Jordan offered to make the trip (with a hefty but reasonable travel fee) IF he could fit it into his schedule. A few days and several text exchanges later, an opening in his schedule occured to which I gladly agreed to book.
Fast Forwarding to his visit, Jordan was punctual, professional, and efficient at locating the mysterious leaks my vinyl liner was experiencing. Starting with sonic detection, something none of my previous leak detection companies ever employed, he was able to focus his efforts precisely. Then he dove and found/documented eight (!) leaks or compromised places on the liner. He used several methods to rule out any plumbing leaks which was a relief to know. Then he applied eight patches made from my spare liner material and Boxer cement. Bonus, since he was already checking the main drain and hydrostatic valve status, Jordan installed my new main drain cover. I can't dive so this was a real benefit.
5 stars all the way. It was worth the high travel fee to guarantee a fully capable leak detection pro. I wish Jordan was based in the greater St. Louis area!

Four States Leak Detection.....Jordan is professional.....very knowledgeable.....very personable......if he can't find your leak/problem ........it probably is not going to happen......very reasonably priced and the list goes on and on and on.......he will communicate with you ....explain his procedures....and most of all ....he will find your leak......take my advice..call him......
What a great experience we had with Jordan and his company 4 state leak detection. Called Jordan because we had a leak in our gunite pool. We were very nervous that we might have plumbing issues under the concrete. Jordan arrived, got his sonar out and checked the whole pool. After not finding anything with sonar he did his dye test and located the issue at our skimmer basket. He then fixed the issue on the spot. Jordan is very professional, strives to do what is right for the customer, and very knowledgeable. The cost for a service call was also reasonable. Great customer service and it was wonderful to have the leak fixed!
The technician arrived as promised, was very professional in his activities. He found the source of our pool leak and had it resolved in short time. After struggling for three or four weeks, the problem was resolved in less than an hour. Worth every bit of the fixed price. They also responded within a few days of my call. Came when they said they would be there. Also committed to return at no cost if our problem wasn't resolved.
10 out of 10 service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Jordan is kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. My pool was recently opened (incorrectly) and it kept losing water. My pool is not a typical pool, it is a 3 tier pool, so it took some investigation to figure out this problem. I am a new pool owner (we moved to this house last summer) so I had a lot to learn about my pool. Jordan walked me through all the ins and outs of my pool and I now feel confident to manage it on my own. I am so grateful for all of your help and patience, Jordan. I cannot thank you enough!
