While their name is Four Alarm Fire, they give Five star service. After looking for a solution for fire extinguisher, recharge, recertification and pin keeper replacement for our 80 unit fleet. I was frustrated by slow turn arounds, downtime and lack of clear billing for units, four alarm is leading the industry in all of these aspects. They have loaners for drop offs, so no down time. They text when ready for pick up and show time in and time out with the unit number they serviced. Up your safety game and start using Four Alarm's five star service!

I was not in the office when the service technician arrived. My understanding from the staff that the services were completed smoothly. However, I am very impressed with the Four Alarm's notification message system. They provided sufficient time to alert the arrival of the technician as well as to provide a photo image of the technician. This provides a safe and secure comfort to the lone female staff in the office. If possible, I would like to see the message be sent in one piece rather than four different segments.

Helpful, and kind called many shops in Calgary but these guys had what I needed women was willing to stay after hours so I could make it in time to grab what I needed

Fast and excellent service, I’m owner operator, I visit this store to recharge my fire extinguisher but my unit was old and they recommended to change. In and out for 5 minutes

I had such a great experience getting my fire extinguishers serviced! The customer service was absolutely amazing the lady was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make the process quick and easy. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel really valued as a customer. It’s rare to find a business where the staff are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back here and highly recommend them to anyone who needs fire extinguisher servicing!
