Poor customer service Very unprofessional customer service. I contacted them multiple times on WhatsApp regarding shipping to Uzbekistan for a 40ft container of engine oil, but nobody replied for weeks. Not even a simple yes or no. Ignoring customers like this shows complete disrespect and poor management. If you cannot provide the service, at least respond professionally instead of leaving customers without any answer. One of the worst communication experiences I have had with a logistics company.

I recently used forward air cargo to ship cosmetics products from China to Dubai and I am very satisfied with their service. I got their number from google and start communicating all communication was handled through WhatsApp and was quick clear and very responsive. The shipment was managed professionally, arrived on time, and everything was delivered in good condition wihtout any hidden fee i paid what we agreed. also for clearance here in dubai they take care of DM approvals. I would definitely recommend them and will use their services again.
