These guys have helped me during breakdowns on the trail. Do service work for me every trip I come up. Have helped me with my truck and trailer breakdowns. I drive 16 hrs from Maryland and love their service. It is first class all the way. I trust them enough that they run my sleds for me to make sure they are trail ready.

During a 485 mile round trip snowmobile ride from Greenville to Fort Kent and back, my track broke and damaged heat exchanger. Not having the parts to fix, i purchased a used sled at 4:45 over the phone. It was delivered to our lodging on Long Lake and my damaged sled was picked up all within 2 hours. Was able to make our dinner plans. In my 50 years i have never seen this kind of outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to take care of me and provide the services i needed. My sled is currently being repaired and my wife now has a sled 5 years newer than what she was riding. Thank you Fort Kent Powersports!!

This place has great service!! Everytime I go here they are always a big help. I had blown a fuse for the heated shield on my buddies sled and the person behind the counter said he didn't have any techs available to work on it at the time. So he asked a tech how to find and replace the fuse and he came outside and did it himself. He could've just left it as he didn't have anyone available but, he helped me out BIG. Then he gave me extra fuses and didn't even want to charge me for any of it. One other time a few years ago they helped me with bearings for my sled. They are always willing to help. The best part is, I never purchased a sled from them. I live in New Jersey and sled in Fort Kent sometimes. I could only imagine if I was a customer who actually bought a sled from them. Great place!!
