Fort Fareham was a life saver, there was no problem accepting my car after it was undrivable. They kept me informed of everything that needed repairing and gave me quote before any work was carried out. Price for work done was very reasonable. They also kept my care for a few days after completion until I could pick it up. Highly recommend this garage. will be going back for MOT and service.

They've charged me £215 for replacing a part... the noise in the steering column is still there. "Perfectly normal", they said... then, why I've change the part?!? Nothing but a scam...

You brought your vehicle in due to a reported noise. We investigated and identified a worn shock absorber which was replaced with your approval. This is a standard repair - not a scam!
We also noted that in the steering there is a common, harmless noise typical for this make and model. We were transparent about this at the time. It seems this is now being confused with the issue we repaired....
We carried out the work requested and resolved the fault we identified. This is also the first we have heard from you, so not entirely sure why you didn't come back to complain in person if your concerns were legitimate.

I moved to the area 3 years ago Aug 2022. One of the most pressing things for me was to find a decent garage. I’ve been ripped off before!! I needed to find a garage that was reasonably priced and found Fort Fareham Garage. My first impressions were professional. Great price, ease of booking, such great people, friendly, so helpful and they know their stuff. They make you feel valued and explain what needs doing and provide you with information and guidance. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. What a great find and I highly recommend them.
