We'd like to address the point about visit frequency openly, because it's a fair question and one we want every patient to feel able to ask. How often we recommend someone is seen depends entirely on the individual — their condition, how they're responding, and their own goals. There's no set pattern we apply across the board, and any recommendation is reviewed as treatment progresses and adjusted as a patient improves. You are always free to ask why a visit is suggested, to change the plan, or to stop at any point; no one is ever under any obligation to continue.

We also take seriously what you've said about not feeling listened to or fully informed. Clear explanation and shared decision-making are central to good care. We'd genuinely always rather hear about a concern at the time, while a patient is still with us, rather than after a significant delay — that's when we have the best chance to listen, explain, and put things right, and we'd have welcomed that opportunity.
