We are, however, very sorry to learn that you experienced a deterioration in your symptoms. Your wellbeing is always our priority. Having reviewed your clinical notes, we can see that throughout your course of treatment you reported that your condition was improving, and there was no indication recorded of a worsening of symptoms.

Unfortunately, the sudden deterioration you describe in your review was not reported to us at the time. Instead, your future appointments were cancelled, which meant we were unable to assess the change in your condition, adjust your treatment plan, or provide any further support.

Following the cancellation of your appointments, we made attempts to contact you to discuss your concerns and offer our assistance, but we have not received a response to date.

We genuinely care about all of our patients and would still welcome the opportunity to speak with you, better understand your experience, and see whether there is anything we can do to help. Please feel free to contact the clinic if you would like to discuss this further.
