Daylight robbery - They auto charge you again £££ few months later in name of prescription meds Ordered hims hair growth supplement , and after few months I see that they have auto charged me 150GBP for another 6 months of tablets. I DID NOT allow them to charge me for any more than what I had previously ordered. I emailed them saying why have you charged me for something I did not even order - They said its prescription medicine and they cannot refund me for it. Well given i dint even order it, They duped me of 150 GBP!! Daylight robbery . So any one who is planning to order from them, please be ready for money going out of your account without you even knowing it. please avoid them at all costs.

They stole from me I ordered the weight loss stuff from Hims. Never spoke to a doctor, but they charged me $690 anyways. My doctor told me not to take it, so I tried to contact them to cancel my order. I could not get in touch with a human for two days and when I did, they told me it might be too late to cancel my order and get a refund. When the product arrived, I sent it back. When I tried to log into my account, I found that THEY DISABLED IT. I never even received an order number or confirmation email! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they responded saying it would be resolved. It has not. That was over a week ago. Let me make this clear: They sent me a product I COULD NOT TAKE, I sent it back and they have YET to issue a refund. They have straight up stolen money from me. I don’t even have the product, and even if I did, I could not take it. I just want my money back!

this should have zero stars , they are in my opinion a scam, they wont let me enter my address and say no we dont reconginze but we are still sending iot to you old address and they wont forward it, hit reactivate so i could change my address, bam we are sending it to the wrong address and their is nothing you can do to change it except not talk to any one, for the lo9ve of gosh do not trust them please, i got lucky its only a small amount of money they stole from and wont refund it so i am going to go through my CC company to let them know that this company should be barred from doing business with any one

No email warning on auto refill Hims hair product didn't work for me. They auto refill your order with no notification that it's coming. Cancelling is not straightforward. Be sure to cancel well in advance of the reorder or you get stuck with a not returnable item.

Totally Ineffective and Overhyped - Don’t Waste Your Money on Hims Hims is nothing short of a massive letdown. This service is a scam, selling products that are no more effective than what you'd find on the clearance shelf at your local drugstore—but at a premium price. The claims they make are alluring, sure, but don't be fooled; it's just clever marketing with zero substance behind it. Their offerings are just generic items repackaged to look unique, and the prices are unjustifiably high. I saw absolutely no results despite following their usage instructions to the letter. It’s frustrating to see such a blatant display of all marketing with no real benefits. Also, to reiterate in case it wasn't clear: it does not work. Save your money and look elsewhere. Hims isn't solving any problems; they’re just creating deeper holes in consumers' pockets.

SCAM - READ THIS I saw zero results on the first round of products for hair thinning. Through the HIMS app, since I was not satisfied with the treatment, I checked and made sure I was NOT set up to renew another order. Then without a day or two heads up, I received an email stating that more products were just shipped and I was getting charged again. (Another $195) Before any company auto-renews your subscription, it sends you a renewal notice. This isn't a bill or an invoice, it's just a renewal notice to simply remind you about when your subscription expires and that you'll be automatically charged when it does. 100% SCAM on a product that doesn't even work. Contacted customer service right away and I was told that they WILL NOT STOP the shipment and WILL NOT REFUND my money.

Deceiving website Their website is designed to be misleading and to push customers into making choices that result in immediate charges. Just now I just had an unpleasant experience while trying to cancel my card details on the website. After deleting my card number and pressing SAVE, I was charged £138 as if I had tried to place a second order. This action has no rationale behind it, but it still happened. To make it even worse, there is no option to cancel an order, and the website does not provide customer service through phone or chat. Thus, it is impossible for me to cancel an order I didn't place. I had to rely on their communication form to contact the support team, and I am still awaiting their response. Unfortunately, my card has already been charged.

Bad Scam, Does Not Allow Refunds Even 24 hours ahead of time, they cancelled but didn't refund the order. They still shipped it, to the wrong/old address, for an order I cancelled 24 hours ahead of shipping it, and said was going in the trash. How does such a scam even exist? I don't even get store credit for this. Terrible service, do not recommend for anything.

First and foremost, I initiated the chat support with the expectation of a 90-day money-back guarantee, as clearly stated on their website. However, I was informed by the support agent that this guarantee did not exist, leaving me perplexed and frustrated. Furthermore, my initial interaction with HIMS had been quite off-putting. I felt pressured during a call with one of their physicians, and their responses to my questions seemed unhelpful and pushy. This negative experience lingered and soured my perception of the company. To add to the confusion, HIMS operates both in the UK and the US, and their websites are strikingly similar. This lack of clarity can lead to misunderstanding, especially when their trademark and copyright are identical. The differentiation is not apparent when navigating their websites. Despite providing evidence from various sources that indicated a money-back guarantee, the support person insisted that it did not apply to my order because it was placed in the US, not the UK. This inconsistency and lack of transparency in their policies left me feeling frustrated and misled. In the end, I did receive a partial refund of $50 as a one-time courtesy, but it hardly rectified the overall negative experience. HIMS' confusing policies, lack of transparency, and pushy sales tactics have left me with no desire to return to their services in the future, even when I may need hair loss products.

The WORST! For Hims is a terrible company that does NOT care one bit about its patients or the poisonous products it sells to them. I experienced severe side effects from my first dose of Topical Finasteride that was supposed to be safe. It was NOT safe. The online staff had not a clue about the side effects I had or how to fix them. Their solution was to block me from communicating for trying to get proper medical treatment. The worst symptoms persist long after stopping and some are permanently life-damaging. The first dose gave me insomnia, testicle pain, neck/back/hip joint and muscle pain and weakness, headaches, dizziness and all sorts of sexual dysfunction. I stopped the drug after 6 days because the symptoms kept getting worse along with severe fatigue from not sleeping. Months go by with ongoing problems and my genitals still do not work correctly. Unless you too want a life of pleasureless orgasms, steer clear of For Hims and report them to the FDA, BBB, real doctors, attorneys and your state Medical Board. For Hims is a scam that altered my life permanently in the wrong direction.

I have ordered a few months ago, I was happy with the product. Before my second purchase I moved address. Initially, Norman, who is the name of the person that respond back to me, was helpful. He told me that will ship another product to my new address. A product that arrived 1,5month later. Although, I was not been able to track the order. After almost a month, he told me that he can see that the product was delivered in my address; however, I didn’t received it yet. Then they charge me for THIRD time. I asked him for a refund because was still waiting for my second purchase’s delivery. Almost a week with no reply, they keep totally ignoring my emails. Simply they stole my money! Also, there is no any link on their website, that you can easily pause or cancel your subscription.

Prompt services Because I have some symptoms of covid and I was really worried, I got a test from Hims to make sure if I have it or not. I was actually pretty nervous since my wife is pregnant and it would be a mess so both of us ordered two tests for us. I'm so glad that it arrived very soon and we quickly did the saliva test and sent it back to them. Got the results yesterday and both of us are safe. Thankful for their swift services!
