Dr. Brett Dormer is the best around! Not only is he my dentist but I've worked with him outside of his office at my place of employment. Dr. Dormer keeps himself informed of the latest dental trends, is well-spoken, pleasant, and, most importantly, a master of his craft! His bedside manner is above all, and his techniques are painless. Today, I had a crown re-cemented and some cosmetic reshaping of my upper front teeth. I am 100% pleased with the outcome!
I usually do not fill out surveys unless circumstances are extraordinary. Today is one of those days in which I am compelled to express my opinion based on those extraordinary circumstances. I must say that the staff which I include the office, the hygienists and all the assistants are by far the best I have experienced. They are super friendly and very efficient. The wait time after check in has been less than 10 minutes, and probably closer to 5!! This smooth running operation would not be possible without the almighty dental mechanic Dr. Dormer. I know the office staff runs the business end. I also know you need a masterful, dynamic, efficient problem solver, competent and rock ‘n’ roll lover dentist to successfully keep the patients calm, comfortable (except when the chair is to flat and leans far back) engaged and actually happy while in the chair. Of course I must extend an honorable mention to Tristan, the young protege. This office has totally earned the 5 star rating ! I highly recommend your services to all the people looking for a new dentist.

The people at this practice are professional and welcoming. My experiences there have been positive and pleasant. The office also uses state of the art procedures and equipment. I don't think they've ever seen a tooth that they didn't try to save. I never imagined that going to the dentist's office could be so stress free.
I'll begin by saying that I have a significant fear of the dentist due to past experiences. Having said that, from the moment I walk thru the door I'm put at ease. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dr Dormer is very friendly, thorough, and efficient. Now, Denise my dental hygienist...... she's an absolute gem. You will not find one better!!
Denise has got to be one of the nicest, personable, and thorough dental hygienists that I’ve met. She’s so kind, willing to give constructive criticism, and a pleasure to work with. She addressed all of my dental concerns without making me feel uneducated about it. I will certainly keep coming here if they take Delta Dental!
Also, both ladies running the front desk were a pleasure to work with on my way out. I feel valued coming to Forest Hill Dental Associates.
