Hi David , we are sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience. The vehicle was booked in for service and diagnostic concerns of blowing white smoke and a los of power. We initially quoted you $700 for major service and $165 for diagnostic issues.
After inspection we found that your vehicle had faulty injectors and a split inter cooler hose we contacted you to explain the issues and proviced a detailed quote before proceeding with any additional repairs . The work was only carried out after receiving your approval . The final price was $4200 instead of $5200 as you stated with all repairs including major car service , clean & just rear brakes , 4 injectors testing fee, replaced 2 new injectors , and new EGR valve replacement .
When you came to collect the car we offered to show you all the replaced parts and also explained that the spanner light on dash was due to exhaust gas temperature sensor , you opted to take the vehicle in its current condition .
