My brother is a patient & I’m his medical representative. He was having toe issues & was seen by the doctor, while there we saw Chloe who works with footwear. She contacted his insurance plan & found out he could receive a pair of free shoes. I was surprised that she took it upon herself to go the extra mile without being asked. I appreciate the white glove treatment she provided & I would recommend her to any. Thank you Chloe for making my brother feel comfortable & going the extra mile.

Starting with the receptionist, who always has a friendly smile on her face, to the doctor who had a training person with him, all was great. The doctor gave me great information about my foot problem and answered all the questions my wife and I had. The only thing I didn't get was a lolly pop (I really didn't need one).

Dr. Greenhagen spent real time with me (like… a lot of time), listened to everything I said, explained my issues in a way I could actually understand, and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. I left feeling heard, understood, and happy he didn’t run out of the office after seeing my weird feet.

I’ve been coming here for two years since loosing part of my foot , and Chloe has been incredible every step of the way. She takes the time to truly listen and explain everything – from the materials used to how each adjustment will help my comfort and mobility. Her attention to detail and compassion make a huge difference, and she brings such a light and funny energy to every visit that it instantly puts me at ease. My orthotics fit perfectly for my needs and activity level and the office staff are always welcoming and supportive!!
It was my 1st time visiting Foot and Ankle Center everyone was so pleasant and friendly. Dr Jorge took time to explain why I was having the problem I do. His assistant was very helpful also. I look forward to my next appointment and the friendly faces

I met with Dr. Nelson on Oct 16. I visited him once before, and he helped my daughter a few years back. He is a fantastic doctor and explains the problem and then he expertly deals with it. He is a great communicator too.

The staff was very pleasant and patient patient with my Mother. The doctor doing the fitting of her diabetic shoes, explained everything throughly and made sure my Mother didn't have any questions. The doctor that clipped my Mother's toe nails was also pleasant and answered questions my Mother had regarding her big toe nails. We have had a good experience each time we have visited the 90th & Ohio location in Omaha.
