Just had a totally unexpected but amazing session with Christophe - I have ADHD and Christophe is an expert on the magic of this .. I thought I knew what to expect and at the start of the hypnosis my brain was already racing ahead and filling in the blanks … then with Christophe’s expert guidance unexpectedly from deep down the long stored emotions beliefs judgements etc started to come up briefly and vanish .. leaving me with the most amazing feeling of lightness and possibility. If you are feeling stuck or for any other reason I would highly recommend that you get in touch with Christophe and let him work his magic .

I had 3 sessions with Christophe and I feel like I have been given the confidence to deal head on with the issues that have been bothering me and which I would normally avoid due to the discomfort of anxiety and fear. Christophe is obviously very knowledgeable about his work and with the problems that anxiety can cause and I felt understood and comfortable with him. The experience of hypnosis itself was very strange (in a good way) but I left each session feeling really relaxed and calm. Something has definitely 'clicked' for me somewhere inside my head and it has given me the forward momentum to try to change things in my life and I'm enjoying finding myself capable of doing things that a few months ago I would have found impossible. Thank you Christophe.

I needed to quit smoking. However, I was so addicted, I couldn't even get started. I thought that I had nothing to lose by trying hypnotherapy and did some due diligence before giving Christophe a call. Long story short, five weeks later, I am smoke free. I haven't even vaped although a few weeks back I would have taken that as a win. Does hypnosis work or is it just like a placeo? Ii can't answer that, but I'm not sure it matters. My experience is that it has worked.

I went to Christophe for a driving phobia that had me completely terrified getting behind the wheel. After just one session the fear was gone. I even had a three-week gap between driving and the confidence was still there, no panic, no fear, just calm. He made me feel comfortable throughout and was very easy to talk to. I’m so glad he was recommended to me and would highly recommend to others. I feel I will definitely return in future

Amazing I’ve got a lot of tattoos but starting to find the pain unbearable, felt reliant on numbing cream. I went to Chris just to see if there’s a way I can relax and not need numbing cream anymore. He’s taught me how to switch off during a tattoo, I’m amazed by this man’s capabilities of changing your mind set. I didn’t think it would work but after sitting 2 tattoos and actually being fine, this 100% works. Going to be using him for many other things! Great bloke and also very welcoming! See you soon Chris!

Christophe was great! Friendly, knowledgable and really understanding. I had 3 sessions with him to help me overcome some deep seated medical anxieties and a related lifelong phobia. I have noticed an improvement in how I handle my reaction to phobia triggers, as well as being able to remain completely calm during an MRI and, last week, undergoing major abdominal surgery. I know for sure I would not have coped anywhere near as well as I did in these situations had I not had help from Christophe. I now have tools to help me when I feel panicky and overwhelmed. 100% recommended!

Just had my first session with Christophe and wow! I've decided to try Hypnotherapy to support me navigate my recent ADHD diagnosis. I want to explore ways to better-manage/cope with some of the behaviours and thought patterns that I have identified, and to learn to love myself and my differences more. I can't believe the difference I already feel after just one session. My brain, which is so used to wallowing in negative thoughts and feelings for a "kick", cant find any to latch on to! I cant wait to progress through the sessions. L

I took my daughter to see Christophe as she had an acute fear of injections (needles), she’d already had 4 failed attempts at her HPV vaccine. Christophe is very friendly and put us at ease straight away. He talked with her about her fear and took her through a hypnotherapy session. Four days later we tried for the fifth to get the vaccine which was successful. Thank you Christophe!

I have struggled to use underground trains,lifts and with flying for many years and it reached a point where I would avoid journeys or activities if I had to travel. I talked through my fears with christophe and arranged a hypnotherapy session. Everything is explained clearly and I was so reassured, today I have travelled on 3 separate tubes and not experienced any panic or anxiety. This has literally changed my life!!!

I had an amazing and really impactful session with Christophe. His udemy course allowed me to get comfortable with the basics and understanding that its just a way of interacting with the brain. He made me very comfortable during the session and i had some lasting changes. Highly recommended!!

I contacted Christophe following a recommendation. I also watched a lot of his videos on Facebook first and I really liked how he came across. I wanted to try hypnotherapy to help with anxiety following an RTA and to prepare for an upcoming surgery. I booked his three session package and opted to visit him in person. I wasn’t sure if online hypnotherapy would be as effective but, knowing what I now know about how it works and how Christophe facilitates hypnotherapy, I’m sure online would have been just as good but I’m glad I made the drive. Christophe has a really good understanding of anxiety and mental health in general and is very empathetic. Feeling that he understood exactly what I was experiencing, plus his very personable and fun nature, helped me to feel at ease. And feeling at ease I think it vital to being able to get the most from hypnotherapy sessions. I found the techniques he taught me very useful and I came away from each session feeling incredibly relaxed. I practiced the techniques in the lead up to my surgery, and used them on the day up to the moment I was taken into theatre, and they really helped keep the anxiety at bay. It’s really comforting to know I now have these techniques in my ‘toolbox’ to use in future and I highly recommend anyone considering hypnotherapy to go with Christophe.
