I contacted Joshua on a Monday about needing help hooking up my internet, he came out Tuesday evening and had my internet hooked up and installed within an hour! Fast, friendly, and inexpensive. Definitely recommend and I will call him again if I need help!

I called him to come out and let me know what would best suit our needs with starlink because I didn’t know what I was looking at, he came out next day. They just installed my Direct TV Service. We had Dish TV for many years but Direct TV has many new features that put them ahead of the competition. You can use satellite or streaming so if your satellite signal goes out due to a rainstorm it will automatically switch over to your Internet so you can keep watching or recording your programming. They also still have Fox channel and Dish doesn't anymore. There are quite a few programs and games I like to watch that I was missing out on because Dish no longer contracts with Fox because they didn't want to pay what they were asking for it. Direct TV has a lot more sports channels to be able to watch just about any games you choose. For about $15 more you have much more available programming.

When we were looking at the starlink equipment online we reached out to Josh in reference to what components we needed to order for best coverage from our house to adjacent barn. After it arrived he came out for a day and installed everything on the roofs, ran all wiring and also installed a separate antenna we purchased from him. He is a hard worker and does a awesome job!!

We’re so glad we found Joshua! We purchased a Starlink kit and my husband and I had no where to turn for installation. We found Jae Tech through internet searches and Joshua arrived promptly for our appointment (he lives an hour and 15 minutes away). His rates are reasonable and he was most professional and very helpful. Our job was more extensive than he originally thought it would be due to the large size of our house and the tight space of our attic, but Joshua did a great job and walked me through the technology and hooking up other devices. He left everything neat and clean and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone. We would hire him again for any internet needs.

Josh did a fantastic job installing my starlink internet, saving me from voiding my roofs warranty, and completely wired in my homes networking. He was efficient and got everything done in good time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to improve their homes internet or having networking installed.

He stayed in touch with me throughout the process to let me know status of delivery and cost of parts needed for installation. He confirmed his date of service and arrived promptly at my home when he said he would. He was very efficient and explained the pros and cons of installation location. Exceptional service. Prompt, attention to detail, meticulous….he found the perfect spot on our multi-gabled roof, to mount our Starlink and hide the cables. Great guy.
