Our StarLink installation went very well. Joshua arrived exactly when promised, evaluated the yard and roof for the best location for the mount, and was up and down the ladder many times. Once the cable was pulled into the attic, he double checked the walls for studs and we were able to decide where to place the modem given the intricacies of the walls. After he aimed the dish to catch the best signals he set up the program and double checked that we could receive a signal on all devices, including the TV. He explained to us at every step, in layman’s terms, what he was doing. Overall a great experience, a skilled professional and very friendly and polite personality. Highly recommended! We enjoyed meeting him and are very happy with his work!
