Flooring Xtra are the best. They’re highly knowledgeable about all things carpet, they’re professional, on time and they bend over backwards for their customers (like squeezing me in before Christmas on an urgent job). Highly recommend them and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

I highly recommend Mona Vale Flooring Xtra. I had new carpet laid in my bedrooms & staircase & am absolutely thrilled with the result. The staff were very supportive, efficient & professional. They also assisted me with getting some repairs done to my floor prior to the carpet installation and also painting timber areas of my staircase.

Campbell made the entire process smooth and straightforward, from the initial quote to the completion of the work. From levelling the floor to laying the vinyl planks and installing the timber skirting, the floor looked fantastic. Everything was finished on schedule, and the workmanship was first class.

My wife and I are more than happy to recommend Mona Vale Flooring Xtra following their installation of new carpet in our home and in our unit. The pressure was on to fit carpet not only in a bedroom at home before the bed arrived the same day, but also to fit carpet and vinyl and in our unit before it was to be placed on the market. Josh was super fast in organizing an early morning fitting in our home and nothing was too much trouble for the installers: their advice was heeded and the installations completed very professionally and on schedule. The final effect is perfect in both locations. Thank you Josh and the Team.

So easy to work with. Endless patience over the months as we “Ummed and Arhed” over the choices we had on colours and materials. We must have taken 30 different samples of hybrid flooring and carpet before settling on our choices. Then they followed up with excellent install.
