I never once had to chase anyone up, communication was excellent throughout the whole process. The team were patient and accommodating with bookings, and whenever I popped into the showroom with questions, I was helped immediately and made to feel very valued as a customer.
My Corsica Oak floorboards are absolutely beautiful and have completely transformed my apartment. It genuinely feels like a different home now, warm, elegant and fresh.
A special mention to Damien, who installed the flooring. He was incredibly focused, thoughtful and professional, with such an eye for detail. You could tell he really cared about doing the job properly, and his workmanship gave me 100% confidence from the very beginning.
I would happily recommend Nulay Flooring Xtra in Gladstone St, Fyshwick to anyone and would absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you so much for such a positive experience!

Engaging with Nulay was the simplest and most efficient part of doing our renos. Impressed with service, flexibility and price point. Plus carpet is perfectly laid and lovely under my feet as I type this!

We had luxury vinyl planking and carpet installed throughout the entire house and could not be happier.
Wes and the team were a pleasure to deal with and are certainly very skilled at their trade. We appreciate the advice given as it made product selection easy, especially as we had certain requirements and were looking for a particular look.

I couldn't be any happier with the customer service and amazing job on my floors! My floors were extremely complex with so many angles. I had Hybrid flooring (aquasmart plus) replacing all of the carpet in my townhouse and it looks amazing! Tony was really helpful and professional and let me take loads of samples home. He was really thorough with the measure and quote and was transparent with cost, availability and time frames. Tony was really responsive to my questions by email. The carpenter was also really professional and hard-working and did a great job even with the fiddly stairs! 10/10 would recommend, I can't understand the negative reviews especially about Tony, he was great from start to finish.
