Thank you for the review, all and any feedback is greatly appreciated.
I am truly sorry we were unable to satisfy your needs in your home. You will notice that we have outstanding reviews on all media platforms, and we do pride ourselves on our customer service, completed jobs and integrity.
You came to us on a very tight budget, and we did everything we could to meet that budget, which included doing the product at less that retail and supplying the glue free of charge as well as splitting the bill, meaning that you were paying the installer directly to save money.
You wanted to keep all the perks of buying from a retail outlet but didn't want to pay for that service. You wanted to use your own installer and still wanted to have a warranty from HFVX. The only way you could keep your warranty on the product was if you used one of the contractor's that we use.
We found it very difficult to gain access to your beautiful home to do a final measure and quote but once we finally did, we found there to be far more work than what you had informed us of, but this still didn't deter us, and we continued to help you as much as possible.
You booked an installation date with us and then the day before we were due to start, cancelled that date, which we totally understood. When you rebooked the installation, the original recommended installer was no longer available. Hence a different installer was required.
Whilst the installer was working in your property, you had a lot of personal family issues occurring in your home, that involved an unsafe working environment for him, yet he continued to get the job completed for you on time. Prep work was completed in all areas of the home which included a full flood coat upstairs as well as feather finish and grinding work. At this time, you paid him directly for his work.
HVFX had no idea that you had the installer come back to your home several times to do repairs until you came to my home to inform me of this, at which time I came straight to your home to inspect, (which again is over and above as you only bought the product from HVFX supply only and I was in fact on leave.)
We then arranged for the installer and another trades person to come back and complete more rectification work (at my expense), this was again done whilst you were away as the dates that we arranged you refused.
When you returned from your holiday you found the rectifications work had not yet been fully completed as the installer had arranged with your son to come back and do the final couple of things. It was at this point that you asked for a settlement payment with the installer, you agreed on amount and accepted it.
There is nothing wrong with the product that was supplied to you on a supply only basis, again I am very sorry that the installation was not to your satisfaction, unfortunately in this case we were unable to please everyone, even though we tried our absolute best.
