Absolutely amazing job! The team removed the old carpet from our 4-bedroom home and replaced it with beautiful new carpet. The whole process was smooth and stress-free – everything was done on time with no delays. They even took all the rubbish away, which made it so easy for us. Really appreciate how prompt and professional they were. Highly recommend!

I had carpet replaced in a room a couple of weeks ago. The reason I called carpet court was because I had used them a few years ago without any problems. Andrew came out and measured up (was very punctual) and I had carpet installed 1 week later. The installer Eric did a fantastic job, joining up to existing carpet (very old and worn) as if it had always been there.He was in and out in a couple of hours, removing the old carpet and underlay, and disposed of it without leaving a trace. Well done carpet court!

So disappointed - will never use again. We were renovating our home and had organised trades to work around the installers, but they were 3 hours late on the arranged day of install. Carpet Culture Flooring Xtra subcontracts the work, and the installers who turned up were loud, obnoxious and I felt uncomfortable with them in my home. The installers left the house in a total mess, without one ounce of effort made by them to be tidy. There were little bits of off-cuts and thread left across the entire upper level of the house which my vacuum struggled to pick up. It took me a number of hours to clean after they had left. The installers also took the liberty of leaving their scrap and rubbish in our personal skip bin, which took them a number of days to return and collect, further delaying our own renovations. Upon taking this up with Carpet Culture Flooring Xtra, they offered a $100 discount for cleaning. Very disappointed with our experience, and I sincerely hope that others do not receive the same installers we did.

Highly recommend the team at Flooring Xtra in Caringbah. At the time of laying my floor, I was dealt a challenging situation which meant the magnesite flooring needed to be taken up and replaced with a new concrete floor before the wooden floor could be laid. I had to move out of home unexpectedly so this could be done and to say I was stressed, is an understatement. Jacob was a total legend. He managed external contractors, made sure my home was in good hands and communicated frequently with me to assure me all would be fine. (none of this was their fault). By the time it came to lay my floor, Jacob and Alex did a superb job - they were exceptionally quick, thorough and tidy in the process. I now have a beautiful looking home and am super grateful for all the support throughout. The care this team take is absolutely incredible. They really do go out of their way to make this the best experience possible - which is hard when your home is being disrupted. Marcia, Jacob and Maria are just amazing. Thanks again guys! You have a super happy customer with a lovely home just in time for summer!

As there are so many rugs and we are confined by space we offer samples of a good selection that we can have delivered to your door. Alternatively there is a rug store on our website too.
