Hi All, this review comes as a Professional and personal review of my experiences as a client of Float Accounting.
As a Finance Broker we deal with Accountants on a daily basis, we speak to Accountants representing mutual clients and on a Professional Point of View I can honestly Rate Float being the Accountants People need to deal with.
On a Peronal Level Float Accounting has now been looking after my Accounts for the business for as liitle over 12 months. I previously had 2 other Accountants and I have noticed the Difference in Professionalism.
Float has been cleaning up the mess the other Accountants left and as a Client I am greatful that I chose to work with them.
Their communication is imperial and can not be compared. Different Members of the Team have different roles and they all up keep the level of support they provide.
In my opinion Professionally and Personally, if you are looking for new Acountants make the right choice as I find it is important to make sure your taxes are being prepared correctly and within the right timelines and to the Quality they need to be in.

I was referred to Adrian and the team at Float Accounting to help me with some old tax issues. Adrian and the team have been absolutely first rate and have helped me through a very stressful time with their advice and support. Recently, I also got to deal with Esther and again - she has been super to deal with and made sure that she was right to pass on some information about my accounts to a lawyer I was working with. I really appreciated the extra time she took to make sure she didn’t disclose my personal information with out my permission.
They are a great team and I highly recommend them.

I had the privilege of working with Adrian to do my personal tax return. I’ve always done my own tax returns and as a new starting apprentice, there was a lot that I didn’t know I could claim, and a lot that I had to claim. With the stress of doing my tax return wrong and potentially being audited I reached out to Adrian, who from the moment of contact was absolutely awesome to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient with his communication and explains everything in a way you can understand. The team at Float are all easy to work with and get you set up, and are extremely flexible with times and contact. Upon doing my Tax with Adrian, I found it seamless and streamline to complete my return, provided you have all your information with you to make his life easy, your life will be even easier upon time to claim. Will definitely be working with Adrian again, and referring all that I know to Float for their personal and business needs!

My only recommended accounting service as an accountant myself (but not a registered tax agent).

I have been running my design practice for almost 14 years and have had some utterly horrible (and financially devastating, to be frank) experiences with Accountants during that time, however I was referred to Float Accounting in early 2023 and I have honestly never looked back.
Adrian, Adam, Dan and the extended team at Float are absolutely exceptional. Not only are they incredibly adept, experienced and knowledgeable at what they do, but they are compassionate, empathetic and always accessible to their clients and willing to go the extra mile to help with almost any request - rare traits in the accounting world.
As a neurodivergent business owner, I find many of the processes associated with the taxation system completely overwhelming and intimidating, but Float have always been nothing but patient, understanding and supportive in terms of helping me prepare for and meet my ATO obligations.
I could not recommend Float Accounting to any small business owner or individual highly enough. They are 100% the gold standard and I will never use another Accountant again.
