My first visit this morning with my husband and it was such a fantastic experience. You cant quite put into words the level of relaxation but its like nothing i have experienced before. Our welcome and induction was warm, professional and friendly. Everything was explained perfectly and I come out feeling more relaxed than I have in years. 1000% would recommend and we will be back. I had my first FLOAT last night using a gift voucher from last Christmas - it’s been a busy year! Everything was wonderful, from the greeting as a newbie and the explanation and expectations - also very clean and calm - all of which were reassuring and enabled me to fully relax and enjoy my first float. Well another relaxing float Therapy session and dare I say it was even better than the first time. We were very lucky and took advantage of the black Friday deal. But to be honest, we were planning on returning anyway after the first time so that was just a bonus. As always, staff friendly, and the place was lovely and clean. My Husband and myself are looking forward to our next session as we always come away feeling relaxed and pampered by the attentive staff. Great therapy today fell asleep which is always awesome 🙏
Unfortunately I wasn't well on the morning of my booking, I suffer with Vertigo and this happened on the Morning, I looked to cancel/postpone but there is a 48 hr cancellation policy so I chose to attend and see how I got on. The staff were lovely and the room and facility was immaculately clean and well equipped. I was unable to complete even the first 10 mins of music as I felt very nauseous. I have to comment on how supportive, caring and lovely Yvonne was to me when I came out. She made me a hot drink and showed a good level of care, until I felt able to leave so Thankyou Yvonne 🫶. I was extremely disappointed as I had been looking forward to the experience and would be interested to try the experience again once I have recovered from this bout of vertigo . Many thanks - Nicky

We’re really sorry to hear that your vertigo flared up that morning and affected your session. We completely understand how disappointing that must have felt, especially when you’d been looking forward to the experience.
I’d also like to gently clarify our 48-hour cancellation policy. The majority of our appointments are booked several days to a week in advance, which makes it very challenging for us to resell sessions even with 48 hours’ notice. The policy exists to protect the business and ensure we can fairly manage our schedule and resources for all clients.
That said, had we known you were unwell, we would absolutely have advised you to reschedule your visit. Your health and comfort always come first, and we would never want you to feel pressured to attend when you’re not feeling yourself.
We’d love to welcome you back once you’ve fully recovered from this bout of vertigo, and we hope your next experience will be everything you were originally hoping for.
Didn't realise how much I needed to have this self time until a few minutes in and just let go of everything for an hour. Felt relaxed, clear and chilled. Highly recommend and their customer service is refreshingly good! Thank you Float Wilmslow

This is a brilliant little oasis in Wilmslow.
The Float experience allows you to escape for an hour. I emerge feeling like a new person. The staff are wonderful and the environment is clean and very calming.
Nathan and his team are fab and I would recommend float therapy to anyone who wants to escape and clear their head.
The experience is amazing, I love every moment of it. It clears your mind and body, ease all my stress, tension and sore muscle away when I’m in the pod. After my sessions my skins feel’s so soft and my body is fully relax, the best part is I definitely will have the best night sleep. Definitely recommended and I’ll be back

This was my 5th visit to Float Therapy Wilmslow where we were helped by Paul. Myself and my husband book a joint session monthly and we have a room each.
As soon as you park right outside you are welcomed by the lovely staff.
If you haven't been before they will talk you through what to expect and can adjust light or sound accordingly.
There are 2 pod rooms each with a power shower and wonderful shower gel that leaves your skin so soft .
You shower before getting in the pod and afterwards and earplugs are provided.
Hairdryers and an area for doing hair and makeup later are available as well as a relaxing lounge with herbal teas before you leave.
The pod is a huge white egg( like a king size bed) and is immaculately clean with fine low lighting. You can lift the domed lid right down if you prefer as it is very light with a long handle.
Chill out music plays for the first 10 minutes as you relax into the water. After 10 minutes you can if you prefer turn off all the lights and have a complete sensory free experience.
I left the lights on until near the end on my first visit but alway switch them off now .
There is no chance of getting stuck and staff are just a buzz away if you need help.
It really is the quickest hour and an experience that gets better and better at each visit as your mind knows what to expect.
Once you stop asking the questions of what's happening ? How am I feeling ? You simply just relax and even fall asleep.
You leave all your stress,aches and pains behind and come home feeling as light as a feather.
We have already booked our December session and purchased gift vouchers for our family Christmas gifts .
