Great experience, for my first float, didn’t really want it to end, it is very relaxing and easy to lose all sense of time , which is very nice considering how we are governed by it , would 100% recommend, and Nathan is very welcoming and kind
first time here today! Absolutely loved it! Went with a friend and did the sauna and ice bath followed by float therapy. It was soooo relaxing! Gorgeous inside, friendly, professional, wonderful staff and came out feeling 100x better!
If you are dithering about whether to try it..get it booked! Just fabulous experience!

Wow! I don’t think any words can do it enough justice! What an amazing experience from start to finish, the wonderful lady who put me at ease as soon as I walked in, the relaxing atmosphere and then the actual experience of the float! I had an evening appointment and came straight home to bed, had the best sleep and still feel so relaxed this morning. Cannot wait to go again and this will definitely be something I recommend to everyone! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.
An experience i wish i had known about years ago. Just WOW! Having a long term chronic condition that can be, on some days debilitating, this floating pod has been the only thing that has taken the pain away. A feeling of being hugged by water! You are in a private and secure room. In complete control of the pod lid/door being open or closed. You can have lighting on or complete darkness.
It took me a few moments to switch my busy brain off but once I did (and the pod helped me to do that), I felt completely relaxed and NO pain! This for me was just incredible and something I shall be doing on a regular basis. You must give it a try.......it's complete bliss! ☺️

What an experience! Absolutely loved it and will be signing up for a monthly float! Sauna and cold plunge was also amazing. Felt amazing all day and slept like a baby 🥰

Had a lovely warm welcome from Stephanie. Did the Contrast Therapy with my husband using a voucher given to us by our daughter for Christmas. Would highly recommend the experience. Haven’t used an infrared sauna before and enjoyed its consistent temperature. Beautiful bath to take the cold plunge in. Lovely decor and aesthetics throughout with a vanity area and an area to wait, relax and hydrate (tea and coffee too). 10/10 would do it again. Maybe try the floatation tank too next time!

This was my second session and it was wonderful. Delightful experience again. Found it much easier to relax as I knew what to expect and I was so keen to get going! Can’t wait to go again
