I will forever use this travel agent. I ve booked with them 3 times. my last flight , Terry was soo helpful with contacting the airline when my son lost his passport on the day of travel. Unbelievable service and I was only booking a flight! I had already booked with another agent so tickets were being held but Ronnie managed to find the same tickets £200 cheaper! He then resolved the issue of having tickets held already and couldn't have been more professional to deal with. Will be booking all subsequent trips with Flights Pro

Very disappointed with this ticketing agent. They initially quoted me £550 for a ticket, but after booking they demanded an extra £180 for baggage. Later, just two days before my trip, they asked for another £10 to “confirm” my ticket — even though I had already paid in full. This feels completely dishonest and unprofessional. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

I recently had a smooth flight with Uganda airlines. I had a flight delay of 4 hrs from Uganda to London which was understandable tho the communication was clear enough. I got back home in London and all the perfumes in my luggage were missing. And some other stuff too. This is something I’ve never experienced on any other flight and its sickening to know that luggage is opened and stolen under Uganda airlines.

For more than 7 months I have been waiting for them to give my money back from the canceled flight! Every month I call this unserious company that passes me from one person to another! Don't buy flight tickets from them because they're not serious! Scam website!!! If I want to talk to a manager, they say that there is no one there! It's unbelievable how they play!
