One of THE worst experiences I have ever had with a flight company! Don't risk ending up having to ask for a refund from those people.
I was forced to go through insurance because they were holding my money hostage and even the insurance company took months to get my refund back also.
I still can not believe the poor customer service I received purely trying to get information and my money back. It was a natural disaster, out of my control! Never will I try using companies like that and I urge others not to risk it.
Ask for all information and research things for yourself.
It probably won't help once they have your money but try, and get travel insurance. These people would have held me hostage to nearly half (close to £500) of my money in vouchers I did not expect (it wasn't in any of my paperwork regarding refunds) for their company!? The interactions between Amber and I, was extremely stressful and exhausting. It seemed as if I was annoying her, simply trying to get information and MY money back. I was forced to contact them constantly to get any kind of information or support. Absolutely terrible experience! Should have checked reviews beforehand but we live, we learn!
Finally, I do not need to speak to anyone in this company ever again!

I flew a Business Class on Royal Air Maroc operated flight and discovered functional damage to my checked baggage immediately on arrival at London Heathrow 13 December 2025.
The telescopic handle arrived extended, twisted, and unusable, despite being fully retracted and functional at check-in.
What followed was a complete failure of Royal Air Maroc’s baggage claims process. No PIR was created at the airport on 13 December 2025 despite my request, the online claims system rejected my ticket details, and the call centre was unable to open a case or provide meaningful assistance.
As a result, I was left with no direct way to submit a baggage damage claim to the operating carrier, despite acting within the required timeframe and having photographic evidence.
Passengers on partner or interline tickets should be aware that Royal Air Maroc offers no workable path to resolve baggage damage issues, leaving customers stuck between airlines.
This is not about compensation alone, but about the absence of a functional customer support process.
I have contacted Qantas also who sold me the ticket for my Business Class RAM fight from Toronto>Casablanca>London. I have been patient waiting for almost a month as it is now 11 Jan 2026.
