I highly recommend this charter. I was born and raised here but hadnāt caught a lake trout since I was a kid. Our guide Keo was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He was genuinely excited when we started reeling in fish which made the whole experience so fun! I think it will be hard to top this monster, but Iām going to start lifting weights to be more prepared for next year.
We recently enjoyed a half-day fishing tour that exceeded our expectations! Our guide, Keo, was phenomenal, showcasing an impressive depth of knowledge about the local area. He was incredibly patient and friendly, making us feel like old friends throughout the tripā¦ even when I accidentally let a fish flop off the boat with the lip grip still on. I was super sad for the fish and felt terrible I lost Keoās lip grip but he was super kind about it!
One of the highlights (besides catching huge fish!!) was when he let us jump in the water, adding an extra layer of fun to the experience. We not only caught some great fish but also learned a lot about different fishing techniques. This tour is perfect for both beginners and seasoned anglers looking for a fun and educational outing. Highly recommended!
Absolutely amazing day on the water
We had an amazing day catching Lake Trout and White Fish on the calmest, cleanest and most picturesque lake ever. Our captain, Kehoe, was very informative and entertaining and taught my son a lot about fishing in the area. We were lucky enough to catch a good number of fish but even if we hadnāt it would have a great trip. Thank you for the experience!

Family trip
My wife and youngest daughter set up a Fatherās Day/birthday trip for me. We had a great day on the lake with Dale. Being an ex deckhand on sport fishing boats I was not used to having someone set me up, net and clean my fish. It was hard to step back and watch. Dale is a heck of a nice guy and I canāt wait to make another run with him. For anyone wanting a little challenge have him set you up on the āpunisherā šš¤£ thank you Todd and Dale for a wonderful trip.
My brother and I selected Flathead Lake Charters because of their great reviews, boats and equipment. They did not disappoint. Todd (the owner) stayed in contact due to high winds and rain. We had to move our day of fishing, and he was very accommodating. The boats and equipment were top notch.
Keo seemed like a long-time friend. He put us on fish throughout our trip. The fishing, story- telling and laughing created a great day for us.

God blessed my family and me with a trip of a lifetime by placing us with Flathead Lake Charters in the beauty of northwestern Montana on Flathead Lake. Perfect weather (75F, sunshine, no wind). We went into the charter with the goal of having an enjoyable, fun experience and were not disappointed.
I HIGHLY recommend fishing charters with Flathead Lake Charters. Todd was OUTSTANDING at communicating the details of the fishing charter and Dale was EXCELLENT as the guide. I've been on several fishing charters, but this was the best experience by far. We had four people (two were novices) fishing and each person experienced two lake trout catches (all over 24"). Dale provided each person with the level of instruction that allowed for a pleasant and safe experience......and FUN!!

This was the best guided fishing trip. Todd made sure the night before that we had exact directions to meet in the morning. He also made sure weād remembered to purchase our license. Kiyo was our guide for the trip and was very knowledgeable. A lot of guided trips donāt allow you to do anything for yourself. Kiyo was awesome and would show you what to do and what to watch then would allow you to do your own fishing, if you want to. The fish we caught were all good sized lake trout. So even if you donāt catch the monster they are still good sized fish. Flathead lake is so beautiful so it makes for a great day on the lake.
Well, what a great day with Dale and this charter! Dale cares about the clients and worked so hard to get us those extra bites, which was truly appreciated as where we are from, there isn't alot for this kind of experiences on such a beautiful lake. Extra special because I was with my brother who loves fishing! Small personal video in up on you tube under Grumpy In A Van. If you go to Flathead Lake and want to fish, highly recommend these guys to take you out!
Was slow catching fish but that happens, Dale our guide worked really hard. He was great company and did everything he could to make our trip successful. We caught fish even though it was slow fishing had a great time and beautiful views. Definitely would do it again when we get up that way!!
