stay away from this place - two really nasty things happened: 1. they replaced my iphone battery with a knockoff when I was assured it would be an official apple battery 2. My phone has a new low quality screen now! These people took my iphone screen and replaced it with a poor quality one! My old screen was fine, so either they damaged it during replacing the battery (and didnt tell me) or are harvesting phone parts when doing repairs.

Scammers. Changes costs after you have left your phone with them. Avoid at all cost!! I rang and was told my screen replacement would be £120. I confirmed this with them twice, enusuring it was the right model and origianl screen. I didnt want to waste my time going to the shop it if was not right. When I dropped my phone off the next day he said it cost £160 and tried to haggle with me on cost. he eventually agreed to honour the £120 price quoted on the phone. after I left my phone with him and went back to work he rang me to say actually it will be £140. What a scam to try keep my phone expecting me to just pay the extra £20 since it was already with them. What a complete waste of my time.

They don't repair phones they just replace. Clever business as they make money on a new phone or make money fixing they can't fix. Be careful as they could wreck your phone.

New owners, very bad business, did not honour a lifetime warranty despite having receipts and all. Despite still having all the same signage, they said they would not honour the warranty or even offer a discount on a new fix. This was also to fix a screen that they had put in incorrectly and was broken after a few months. Avoid

EDITED: Turns out the premium fix for my phone screen they gave me was a cheap knock off, finger print no longer works, even after resetting up, touch screen is super intermittent, phone screen quality has dropped and is less clear and more pixelly. I've had to buy a whole new phone. Contacted them via phone and they refused to help or reply on WhatsApp. Waste of money. PREVIOUS REVIEW BEFORE GETTING GHOSTED AND REFUSAL TO FIX: Came in on the Thursday and the guy working there was extremely kind and helpful, they were able to pull some strings and get my phone screen fixed same day. Very helpful, kind and efficient, will definitely be going here again - dispite a few hiccups on the screen that they've said they'll take a look at. Thanks!

I tell them my phone’s problem and they tell me to they have to Diagonostic my phone with 20£ fee 😂 and its non refundable after they Diagonos and find my phone problem they damage my nand chip (phone silicone,processor,memory) all my data also gone including my phone 😡 totally waste of time & money unacceptable,One more thing is they steal my memory card as well. I told him & saying that is my memory card i have seen on his table but he was saying that’s not yours. Only 16gb memory card bruh 😂
