DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
May 28, 2024. Technician added 3 lb refrigerant to system
June 12, 2024. System freezes up due to loss of refrigerant
Different company dispatched to fix problem.
Diagnosis - loss of refrigerant due to no Schrader valve caps.
The Schrader valve caps were found by the technician from the 2nd company. They were on the concrete pad next to the condenser unit.
The technician from Superior Heating and Air failed to re-cap my Schrader valves, causing the refrigerant I paid $400 for to leak out.
I called the company and the Tech denied wrongdoing. I requested a call from a supervisor three times and never received a call back.
I realize that everyone makes mistakes, and I'd much rather have had someone admit their mistake and apologize for making a mistake rather than lying about the wrongdoing and failing to resolve the issue and refusing to speak to me about it.
Filing a BBB complaint with the details and notes from the 2nd company that discovered your wrongdoing. All I requested was a call back and you couldn't even do that!

Superior definitely lives up to their name. The Techs were prompt and courteous. They Diagnosed the problem very quickly. After consultation with us, they quickly fixed the problem. Before leaving they cleaned up the work area doubled checked that the system worked properly. We are VERY satisfied.
If you’re local to central Arkansas you won’t find a better heating & air company than these guys! They’ve came out to fix our AC late into the night during the summer & early in the morning to fix our heat in the winter. Every time Superior has great customer service, are quick to respond, troubleshoot & they never leave without our unit working as it should. Their solutions usually save us money compared to ppl we have used in the past & it’s always done right. They go above and beyond for each call! I’ll never use another hvac company! The type of service they provide is literally in the name they are Superior!

Kevin came out to my house because our mini split wasn't heating properly. I have 2 dogs and my 2 year old daughter in the house as well and Kevin was very nice to my daughter even talking to her. I will be calling superior for any hvac needs I have in the future. I will also be recommending Kevin specifically. Very professional and courteous and explained everything that was going on with my unit.
