Best Christmas Present I found Fix Factory online, read the reviews, read that the tech would come to me, and I was sold! My experience with Ron couldn't have been smoother. Not only did he repair the charge port on my Samsung S21, but he discovered I'd been ripped off by a previous tech shop who put a second-hand battery and wrecked the case seal as well. I would recommend Ron and Fix Factory to anyone in South Calgary! Thank you, and Merry Christmas!

Good. Would use again. I had an amazing experience. I booked the appointment online at 9:00 PM, and they confirmed the appointment by 7:30 AMand were at my door in the Shawnessy area by 9:45 AM the very next morning They came right to my house, and the price was far better than the major competitors - about 30% cheaper than the quotes I received elsewhere. My issue was the Samsung Galaxy S21 Black Screen of Death. The technician diagnosed it quickly and replaced the small component that connects the screen to the battery (I think?) Once it was reconnected, my phone was fully functional again. Customer service, communication, and overall experience were outstanding. Special shoutout to Ron, the technician, for being professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommended!

The tech was quick to respond and was able to schedule me in for a screen replacement on my Samsung S20FE within 1.5 hours at my home. When he started the repair, the tech noticed that the replacement screen he had with him had a defect from the factory. Instead of installing the screen with the defect, he let me know right away, left to pick up another screen and returned within an hour with the phone fixed 100%. Great communication, great attention to detail and great customer service. The price was very reasonable too. Would highly recommend

Great service at the door. We had 2 phones batteries replaced with new OEM batteries. The one phone had something (dirt, debris) wedged against a battery contact causing a short. We had noticed the heat and short battery life, but it saved us a phone! The S22 Ultra had been on pipeline jobs, dirt, water, frozen, charged multiple times a day. Now I am on it all day and still have charge at bedtime. Great service, great work, top quality parts, professional techs that are happy to help you!

I contacted FixFactory, got a quote, had the device picked up at my door, repaired, returned in about the same time it would take at the Apple Store for less $(with out the drive, wait and pretentious BS!). The tech was quick and courteous on pickup and return. So far the exercise has been a success! Next test is cell phone repair. My cell guy until now is a friend that does it mostly as a favour with a killer deal on the best donairs to be had! ;-)

Awesome service! Ron's the best! I was supposed to meet him at 1, but I was running late. They were super cool about it and I did ask ahead of time and they did all the effort to accomodate me as much as they can. The service was quick and perfect! He even checked out the rest of my phone to make sure everything's good. I'll definitely keep them in mind for next time (though hopefully I won't need them soon! 😆)
