Successful Screen Repair and Great Customer Support after an Issue (4.5/5) I was researching screen repair for a while, and I came across this website. I sent in my broken S21 Ultra for a screen repair, which was successful, and the shipping process (from Ontario to Calgary) was straightforward. However, although the screen was now flawless and working, there were issues with the battery and another flaw in the repair once received. I quickly sent a post-fix ticket and got a fast response from customer support. We were able to communicate, and then I received a generous discount/free shipping to replace the battery and address other issues. Now I have an S21 Ultra with a new screen and battery! Will use this website for future repairs.

Fast, communicative, great service I placed the order for a replacement screen at 2:15pm on a Sunday, and the tech arrived to perform the work at 4:15pm. The replacement screen works great, and the screen protector was installed without bubbles/dust. Hopefully I don't need to, but I'll definitely use them again if I need phone repair.

Best Christmas Present I found Fix Factory online, read the reviews, read that the tech would come to me, and I was sold! My experience with Ron couldn't have been smoother. Not only did he repair the charge port on my Samsung S21, but he discovered I'd been ripped off by a previous tech shop who put a second-hand battery and wrecked the case seal as well. I would recommend Ron and Fix Factory to anyone in South Calgary! Thank you, and Merry Christmas!
