We stand behind our repairs, but we also stand behind the laws of physics, and perhaps your fingers are made of concrete?! Also if you're going to fabricate a truth, at least make it believable...

Glass doesn't crack on its own. A screen protector doesn't crack on its own. You also indicate in your review that you were swiping but it's your son's phone you mentioned during repair.

Cracks require an impact, pressure, or other form of physical damage. In this case, the device had previously been repaired by a third party using one of the most basic aftermarket displays available. We replaced it with a higher-quality option to improve durability and performance, but no screen — especially on an older iPhone XR ($80) LCD panel — is indestructible.

When you contacted us, we offered a discounted repair as a goodwill gesture, and to replace the eligible broken screen protector as well under our 5-year replacement warranty program, even though the damage was not consistent with a manufacturing defect, and warranty was not eligible. Unfortunately, that offer was met with hostility, followed by a one-star review. Good riddance!

We're always happy to resolve genuine warranty concerns, but we can't accept responsibility for accidental damage, misuse or abuse. Our goal is to provide honest advice, quality repairs, and fair solutions—even when the answer isn't the one someone was hoping for.
