After my last two visits, it’s clear that Five Star is truly committed to excellent customer service. From the office staff to the service technicians, everyone reflects a strong culture of quality and care. During a routine maintenance visit last Friday, Derick and Javaun were knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Our conversation highlighted the importance of humidity control in winter, and Derick patiently explained the available central air humidifier options. I chose the high-end model, and Javaun returned just three business days later to complete the installation. He did an excellent job and clearly explained how the system works. Thank you to the entire Five Star team for such outstanding service!
