I have a semi complicated HVAC system, that requires knowledge and experience. I called and was scheduled for next day. Techs were on time, courteous and fixed the issues. Shout out to Luke, excellent work! I am scheduling a plumbing inspection next ,with 5 Star. It gets tiresome having to deal with a different contractor for each type of home maintenance. One stop shop for me.

On April 18, 2025, Mr. Craine, a tech at Five Star did a great job fixing a leak in our garbage disposal system as well as on an outside faucet that we were not able to use because of severe leaks when we tried to open it. He showed up as promised and was punctual ( high points in my book), very professional, and finished the job to my satisfaction. A point to note is the advice that I got from him about how to maintain the faucet function with changing out filters when necessary. Thank you, Mr Craine, for your service.
