Jacob and his team showed up five minutes early to assess the move and began right on the clock after the paperwork was signed. They worked quickly, precise and also assisted me in putting my television set away in the safest manner. After the move, owner Craig followed up to see if there were any issues and I was pleased to say there was none. Very satisfied and would recommend in a heartbeat.

I moved to a guarded condominium with stringent rules on moves. Five Star Movers turned around insurance with the condominium named as additional insured quickly so we could set an appointment with security. The three movers did an excellent job. I had some special instructions with some appliances, and they thought of the fix on the spot, no problem. I recently moved and transferred three bedrooms’ worth of decades of belongings, along with half a garage of boxes, to a new home. I heard about Five Star from a friend and gave them a call. they were very kind and professional.
Craig and his wife Amy, came to my rental house, looked over each room, and gave me an estimate, even knowing I wasn’t going to move right away.
On moving day, they packed my 2400 sqft house (I did very little packing myself) and completed the move in less than five hours. What I wasn’t expecting was for them to come in under their original estimate, which was at least six months old, probably longer.
In any case, I’d like to thank Craig, Amy, and The Crew for making this my smoothest move ever!
Typically, the owner’s staff isn’t as good or motivated as the “front man”. Not these guys. They weren’t laying around smoking and being lazy. They were very fast, helpful, and friendly. They worked as a team for sure.

Five Star Moving went above the call to move us in the pouring rain. The rain was nonstop and yet the movers were upbeat with positivity and energy. There were unexpected challenges in all regards for us but yet the movers took on every challenge with professionalism and proficiency. Recently had the pleasure of working with five star moving this past week. I found them through our local Facebook community group for our neighborhood.
