I absolutely love training at Fit To Fight Gastonia! From the moment I joined, I felt incredibly welcome. The trainers do an amazing job explaining everything clearly, no matter your level, and you truly learn something new every session.
The environment is one of the best parts everyone is supportive, friendly, and motivated, which makes a huge difference. It’s not just a workout; it’s a place where you can learn how to defend yourself, relieve stress, and clear your mind.
Every time I leave, I feel energized and stronger, both physically and mentally. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great community and an effective, empowering workout!

I took my son to the kids class and he absolutely loved it. The coach, Amber, was awesome and the kids really listen to her. After just 3 classes I can see my son enjoying the training process and at just 4 years old he is learning actual jiu jitsu skills that I thought would be over his head. I highly recommend Fit to Fight for anyone looking for a place to start their kids in martial arts.

Two boys , one impact and one in adult classes. Both are loving every second of it. All of the staff have been nothing short of amazing and welcoming at all times.

I've followed this school for the last 15 years. I've attended seminars whenever and wherever I could. Now I get to call Charlotte home and have them in my backyard. There are a lot of places to take self defense or martial arts and I've been to many in the last 20 or so years, but none, absolutely none, are as inviting, encouraging, knowledgeable, and humble. If it's your first time walking into a combat center, a multi decade experienced practitioner, a young grade schooler, or in your 80s, there is something for you here. And the communitybof people involved with this are some of the best people I have ever met. No fatigues, pictures of flaming skulls or lone with posters, just people teaching you how to protect what matters most.

Coach Amber is amazing at keeping kids engaged, disciplined and being happy all while making them learn as well. The facility is very clean and other members of the faciiity are very friendly and attentive. Overall very satisfied with them.

This place changed my life!! Everyone is so nice and very welcoming. Feels like family. The fight classes are so fun and easy to pick up on if you are new. No skill, no problem. Men and women to train with ( so ladies, this is definitely for you too.) The fitness classes are different every time so you never get bored with the same old routine. There is always a modification if something is too hard. If you haven’t signed up for classes because you’re too nervous or you think you can’t do it YOU ARE WRONG!!! Come train with us, you will not regret it. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging no matter the body type or skill level. Everyone succeeds here if they want to. Ryan and Amber KNOW there stuff and want you to know it as well. Passion for the craft and people are number 1 here. I even learn stuff from Amber watching the kids classes. She is so good with the kids. It breeds confidence wrapped in lessons they will need for the rest of their life.

Fit to fight has it all—clean facility, experienced instructors, top-notch service, and most importantly, an amazing, friendly, and supportive community. I visited earlier this year a couple of times and had a fantastic experience.
