I trained with Jared for around three months, and it was a genuinely valuable experience.
The primary reason I signed up for personal training was form correction, and Jared delivered exactly that. He’s extremely knowledgeable, very attentive to detail, and explains things clearly, which helped me understand why certain movements should be done a particular way rather than just following instructions.
The sessions were always focused and well structured, and he consistently gave more than enough time to make sure everything was covered properly. On several occasions, he even went beyond what’s typically expected from a trainer, without rushing or cutting corners. His level of attention and commitment really stood out.
Together, we designed a solid and sustainable workout routine, and throughout the training period he provided constant support, feedback, and guidance. I noticed clear improvements in my technique, confidence, and overall training quality.
Jared is professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping his clients improve. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer who prioritises correct form, long term progress, and quality coaching rather than quick fixes.
Joined fitness works in leamington couple of weeks ago and I like it, lots of equipment so enough space for a lot of people. It’s 24 hrs which is a bonus because I work nights and can choose other fitness works gyms like Warwick or Stratford also handy for me.
Had three sessions already in Leam spa after good 18 month rest and proper weak but on the journey back and it feels good already.
Awful customer service from Gemma at fitness worx. Been a member for a few months and they advertised a black Friday annual membership deal for £350 which I emailed them to sign up for. They contacted me back saying it was a 'system error' and the deal is actually £450. I then advised I would be cancelling my membership by cancelling my direct debit as the member of staff Louie advised I could do on the day of sale at the gym as was only looking for a short term membership at the time. They then proceeded to cancel my membership immediately and I couldn't get in the gym today even though I paid til the end of the month. Avoid the gym as I echo what other people have said on here is that they will say anything to sign you up but then treat you like dirt on their shoe when you look to cancel.
(Edit following their response. I weren't aggressive at all on the phone and the only 'threat' was to leave a poor review. And if I was aggressive and they have a zero tolerance policy on this, why have they reinstated my membership for the rest of the month following the call. Surely if I was threatening they wouldn't want me in the gym?
I was an unhappy customer as Gemma was condescending and rude on the call and offered no apology for their errors or looked to put things right. It's an expensive gym for what it is - no Air con, no sauna/steam or pool for £45 which is why I thought the £350 black Friday deal was a fair price but alas a poor customer experience and call handling from Gemma, alongside cancelling my membership with no warning, you've lost a customer for life).

We’re sorry to hear you’ve come away feeling this way. We always aim to support our members as best we can, and we did our very best to resolve things on the phone. Unfortunately, during that call we were met with repeated threats, and we cannot allow our team to be spoken to in that way.
You requested to cancel your membership, so we waived the usual 30-day notice period and arranged for it to end at the end of November exactly as you asked. Your app access remains active until the final date you’ve already paid for.
Regarding the annual offer, you sent us an advert which was from our 2023 Black Friday promotion. As you know, that offer is over two years old and we are unable to honour pricing that far out of date. We did try to work with you by offering a discounted rate based on our current prices, but you were adamant about only accepting the 2023 deal. Since that time, membership prices have increased across the board, so the offer we proposed would still have saved a large amount of money compared with our standard rates.
We take pride in our customer service and the safe, respectful environment we maintain for both members and staff, and we’re grateful to the thousands of happy members who train with us. If you felt anyone was being rude, we do apologise, but we will always stand our ground when it comes to aggression towards our team. We do not want this in our gyms.
You also mentioned you originally only wanted a short-term membership, yet you were looking to stay for a year, which suggests your experience with us hadn’t been negative until this specific issue. As requested, your membership was cancelled for the end of the month.

I have been having Owen as a PT for 2 years now, it has changed my life. I am a 58 year old woman. This is the fittest and strongest I have ever been. Owen has gave me the knowledge and confidence to be the best version of me. I am down to a size 10. My bone scan shows I have the bone density of a young woman! This is the answer to Menopause! More menopausal women need Owen in their lives.
Dropped in for a day pass while my car was being serviced at a nearby garage — and I was seriously impressed. Cracking gym with a great range of equipment, loads of plated weight, and a spacious area for HIIT or CrossFit-style workouts.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the music kept the energy up throughout. Top spot — would definitely come back!

As a member of fitness Worx for a long time I absolutely love Stratford. Not only is it really convenient for me but it’s clean, friendly and full of great people. The instructors are approachable and helpful. I have done PT with Matt and found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely nice. I learnt a lot about lifting, weight loss and the importance of commitment to change. I can see body changes and feel much stronger, which keeps me motivated. I would highly recommend Matt as a PT, he never forgets an injury and always adapts change whenever necessary without any impact to my improvement. He has helped me to become more confident in my capabilities and engaged me in a fitness routine beyond my sessions with him. Thank you
I’ve been having PT sessions with trainer Beth for a few months now at Fitness Worx Cannon Park. Beth has shown me how to use equipment, various workout exercises, and answered questions relevant to my own fitness journey. She is energetic and knowledgeable, and I find Fitness Worx to be a friendly gym filled with a variety of equipment suitable for both gym newbies and regulars.
