I would give 10 STARS to Sarah, the therapist who came to my home! I was immobilized with a vertigo attack, could not sit up without feeling I was being pulled down a dark tunnel. This service arranged for Sarah to come the same day!!!! What an angel! Knowledgeable, patiently taking time to prevent nausea to complete the Epley maneuver. Thx you!

Katie was AMAZING! She listened patiently and was very knowledgeable. She guided me and talked me through each step of the movements to reset my vestibular system which made it possible for me to have my second eye surgery. Can’t say enough good things about Sara. Not only was she the loveliest person, and so comfortable to work with, but she was so knowledgeable. Together we fixed most of my issues and she left me with a ton of knowledge and things I can continue do on my own. We worked on postpartum issues; pelvic floor, tailbone pain, and posture issues. She came to my home and we had 8 sessions. I would highly recommend Sara and Fit Family, and plan on getting more sessions if need be.

The company/therapist helped my baby latch to successfully breastfeed him after I was not able to do it on my own. My newborn loved the sessions and was very therapeutic to him every time. Therapist had such vast knowledge for newborns and shared so many useful information. I thought I will never be able to breastfeed but Christina trained me and the baby and everything was a success. As a first time mom, I could not be more appreciative and thankful. I highly recommend the use of their therapists as they may change anything you think is not working for your child.

We had a great experience with Fit Family Physical Therapy. Maggie did a milestone visit with our son and showed up right on time, which we really appreciated. She was super thorough, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel comfortable. By the end of the visit, we felt really at ease with how our son is progressing. She took the time to answer all of our questions and explained what to expect and what to watch for as he grows, which was incredibly helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Charlie. When we hired him six weeks ago, my mother had been bedridden for nearly three years and had not left her bed during that time. In just six weeks, the transformation has been incredible. She can now get out of bed, go to the bathroom on her own, transfer into a wheelchair, and even go outside. For the first time in three years, she is able to sit outside and enjoy fresh air again. When I hired Charlie, I set a goal: that by the time I came back in six weeks, my mom would be able to go outside with me and then get back to bed with minimal help. He met that goal. Beyond the physical progress, what really stands out is how much Charlie truly cares about his patients. My mom works hard for him because she knows he genuinely wants to help her succeed. His dedication, encouragement, and skill have made an enormous difference in her quality of life. I’m incredibly grateful for Charlie and highly recommend him to anyone needing physical therapy.

Amy and her team are truly amazing. We were introduced to Amy through our pediatrician, Dr. Smilek at Natural Kid Doc. At our milestone doctor appointments, we also get to schedule a playtime milestone check-in with Amy, which has been such a valuable experience. Amy has helped my husband and me better understand our little one’s developmental stages through play. She teaches us practical, easy-to-implement ideas to support our son’s physical development—everything from side sitting and positioning for crawling to pulling up and playing at a kid-sized table. Each session is both fun and incredibly supportive. Working with Amy has given us confidence and reassurance, knowing we have a knowledgeable sounding board as our son grows. I cannot say enough good things about my physical therapist. I went into pelvic floor PT feeling extremely anxious due to agoraphobia, and she was incredibly understanding, patient, and accommodating from the very first appointment. She made me feel safe, respected, and completely in control of the pace of my care, which meant everything to me. Not only was she compassionate and trauma-informed, but she was also incredibly skilled. I came in with a prolapse that was causing a lot of physical discomfort and anxiety, and she was able to help resolve it in just two sessions. She explained everything clearly, focused on proper breathing and gentle techniques, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. Her approach was professional, calming, and empowering. She truly understands the connection between the nervous system, anxiety, and the pelvic floor, and it shows in her work. Thanks to her, I feel physically better, more confident in my body, and far less fearful moving forward. If you’re someone who struggles with anxiety or agoraphobia and is nervous about starting physical therapy, especially pelvic floor therapy, I genuinely cannot recommend her enough. She changed my experience entirely and gave me my life back

We absolutely love our milestone checkups with Fit Family PT. They come to our house which is so convenient and nice for them to see our baby in his own element and makes it so they can show us activities and exercises to do with our toys/in our space! I was facing a 7 week wait to get into a traditional PT studio. I had no idea that there was a PT company that comes to you. Lauren came to my house with all of her gear the next day. She was great and within a week or so my pain was gone. Thankfully my doctor mentioned Fit Family.

Carrie was great to work with and very detailed with explanations. Sara was an excellent therapist; kind, knowledgeable and patient.
