The chiro doctor Steven has amazing skills and is really good at figuring out how to treat back pains, barely halfway through my total sessions and i can already see results. The service from the assistants here is also really good and friendly, would definately recommend coming here if you wish to correct your posture

I’ve been exploring chiropractic care for years for my slip disc, back pain, neck soreness, and frozen shoulder, and I’m really glad I finally visited First Fruits Chiropractic. A friend recommended them, and the experience gave me a lot of confidence from the start. They did a proper posture assessment and X-ray, then explained a clear treatment roadmap with goals for each stage. Steven and Rosaline were kind, patient, and guided me step by step, explaining clearly what was being done and how it helps. I had ligaments tear on my right shoulder n did a surgery at the hospital, was told by the specialist doctor that it could be cured, but noooooo! After a year the specialist told me I've do live with the pain n frozen shoulder!!! I've been suffering from pain n limited movement from my right shoulder since the sugery on January 2024! Wearing n taking out my shirt is a painful daily routine!!! I had doubts about Chiropractic! My first appointment at First Fruits Chiropractic was on 29 Dec 2025. After the first day treatment at First Fruits Chiropractic, I noticed that the pain from wearing n taking out my shirt is lesser n I could sleep much more better. So for I've attended 6 sessions for my right shoulder, neck, back pain n am tremendously pleased with First Fruits Chiropractic ... I like the combination of difference methods they use to treat my back and neck issue. Feel really relief after each treatment. I went for my first ever visit at First Fruits Chiropractic last week, even though I had been with Dr Rosalyn for 2 years where she previously practiced. As expected, the front-to-end service was delightful! Dr Rosalyn is still as patient-centric (if not even more now 😉) and remains attentive to detail. For context, when I first saw Dr Rosalyn in 2023, it was after 3.5 years of me having exhausted all ways to self-help with my neck pains. My head had progressively leaned forward with time (due to a change of office environment + working from home during the pandemic). Massages and physiotherapy provided temporary relief, only for the same pains to come back within the same day because my head was so misaligned. Sometimes I slept on the adjustment blocks which I bought myself so that my head wouldn’t feel heavy. Exercising was also a chore because using dumbbells and doing push-ups would worsen the neck and shoulder pains. My treatment plan with Dr Rosalyn back then started off with 3 sessions per week, and ended off at once every 3 weeks before she left. By then, my posture had been adjusted and I could resume sitting and exercising without pain. This time, I’m back having her as my doctor again albeit at First Fruits. Without saying much (I only knew that my posture felt really off), she knew from her analysis and assessment that I was misaligned again after going through an abdominal surgery and being a couch potato for 6 weeks. She suggested increasing my frequency to once every 2 weeks. Mind you, I didn’t even tell her that this was the amount of time it took me to have knots again between my last visit somewhere else and when I saw her. That’s how good she is 😬 Needless to say, if you’re looking for sustainable pain relief, please consider First Fruits Chiropractic! I’d also like to give my thanks to the rest of the team for the care and great service. Happy holidays to the team at First Fruits!
